This is the only world I want to live in.
The lay out of Fruit World is different from most supermarkets. And, between you and me, a lot easier to navigate through. No offense, Countdown.
Fruit World reminds me of mom and pop shops. It has a very laid back, independent feeling when you browse through the fresh produce.
Everything is impeccably labeled. So you know exactly where in the world your fruit and vegetables came from, whether or not it is in season, and if it is organic.
Other stores in the area really can’t compete with Fruit World’s prices. I do ALL of my fresh produce shopping here because of that.
The only downside I can think of is that they don’t have much of a cheese selection… but then again… this isn’t Cheese World. ;)

This is my local Fruit World and a good place to shop for fruit and vegetables. The produce is always fresh and reasonably priced, with competition from next door’s Farro and Countdown across the road.
Several times I’ve asked if they have extra stock out the back of a particular item and staff have always been friendly and courteous. The layout is easy to navigate and the produce always stacked nicely on display.
They also have a decent selection of nuts and dried fruits, as well as ethnic foods. I like to buy my wraps from here, and they have delicious fresh bagels and paninis for sale too.
Also check out the frozen dumplings etc in the cool stores at the front of the shop!
