Fresh N Save is located outside of Highbury Mall in Birkenhead; a fantastic Chinese supermarket that not only has a large range of cultural products, but also lots of fresh vegetables, fruit, herbs, a butcher and a even a great range of European chocolate.
I usually pop in to Fresh n Save to grab Chinese cooking ingredients such as rice cooking wine, soy sauce, noodles, rice, green veggies, tofu, and herbs.
The price is very competitive with the large supermarkets close by, and you can be guaranteed saving a few pennies here for sure.
Lots to see and find in terms of international flavour, and is always a delight to expand my Asian cooking skills with the products I discover at Fresh N Save.
The two checkout counters are usually busy, but try to shop during off peak hours, and you shall find you won’t have to wait long at all.
