An excuse of a coffee shop in the lower floor of the Westfield mall at Henderson. This place has no character whatsoever and is as bland and uninteresting as the $ 2 shops that take up the rest of the floor. I came here once when it first opened, thinking I would give it a bit of support. The guy behind the counter ignored me for about five minutes until he gave up sweeping the floor and decided to serve me. The coffee was awful, if you want a good cup of coffee in the Henderson mall, go to the Coffee Club upstairs. There never seems to be any customers whenever I pass it and I wonder how it survives. I am the sort of person who always tries to see the good in something, however bad it is. With this café, I can simply see nothing good or redeeming about it at all.

Chatters Café is another shopping mall café, thankfully located below a bustling main food-court. For a decent café experience, I always prefer to go to a coffee shop that is not a commercial chain and Chatters turn on the charm immediately it is in sight. It is a seductive and well presented café with a classy but relaxed ambiance. The café lets itself down by the quality of the food. The small and bland looking portions of food lower my opinion of Chatter and can easily be purchased elsewhere in the mall, at the same price but with better quality. While the service was reassuring, the coffee was a failure– the crema looked like the coffee machine had spat some pale soap suds into my coffee. Chatters has a great foundation but can’t quite follow through and collapses before the finish line.
