It is the first hotel in downtown Tijuana to modernize hospitality by offering the ground-floor access and free, open parking that both tourists and business travelers have since come to expect.
The hotel runs a program of continual improvement that emphasizes substance over appearance, phasing in such amenities as custom-made beds, large flat-screen TVs, and enterprise-grade Internet service without ever having to close the hotel or disrupt its service.
