Dear World T. I just noticed your review about my company Mayan Mansions and myself. I do not know who you are and know that whatever you have been told is just not the facts. I want to assure you I have never and do not have a signed offer on any property from another broker signed by any of my sellers and we always co operate with other brokers. I am not sure who you are but even though I do not know you… please feel free to go to my web page and contact me to clear this up. I love what I do and work honestly and diligently and have never sold a property out from under an accepted offer. I am not sure who your broker was but you may feel free to email me your signed and accepted offer as I do not use agents and did not receive an offer on a property in August or September of 2015 present it to one of my sellers and they signed it and we opened and escrow and then cancelled 5 days before the close. That is just not done. Regardless of how this happened to you I would hate to see it happen to anyone. But this had nothing to do with our company and one of our sellers did not accept an offer from you and then sell it to someone else.
World T.

Very disappointing experience. As a buyer(and using my own broker), I had an accepted agreement for a property that was was represented by Michele Lake de Luna at Mayan Mansions. 5-days before the agreed closing date, my broker emailed Michele to confirm closing details. She abruptly replied«Sorry, condo is sold — the buyer has already taken possession!» I had already paid attorney fees to draw-up contracts and do a title search, so I wasted a bunch of cash due to her broken promise. My guess is she didn’t want to split her commission with my broker. If so, her integrity has a fairly low price tag attached to it. Very disappointed in the Mexican real estate industry — brokers have no code of ethics or license requirements. BEWARE — this is not an honorable broker.
