Jet Ski Rentals

My husband and son rented jet skis from this company today. $ 65 for 30minutes each. Jet skis did not work properly due to massive seaweed getting stuck in the motor. The staff was aware of this seaweed issue with other renters during the day and says it was not their problem. They refused to refund our money when the jet skis worked for only 5min and kept getting seaweed stuck! When my husband asked for the staff members’ names, they turned their ID cards around so he could not read their names. I compare this experience to pre-​paying for a meal and being told the refrigerator broke and the food was rotten — not their fault. I would make sure you talk to previous renters before renting. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!
