Casa Inn Hotel

I’m American and have never been to Mexico. I arrived tonight for the first time and am staying at the Casa Inn hotel in downtown Mexico City. This by America standards of rating hotels is probably a 3 star hotel. Its certainly not the Ritz, but its clean, has the basic needs/​wants and most of all its safe. However, that being said, so far the service is absolutely worth five stars! My parents and I arrived at night and had been traveling all day, hadn’t eaten, etc. The bellman who helped us get our luggage to our room asked if we needed anything else. We wanted fruit, water and coffee creamer. We only had American money. He took our money, went to an outside store and came back with everything we asked for and plenty of it! He delivered it to our room and then went and brought us our change. EXTREMELY helpful when you’re dead tired, starving, don’t speak the language, don’t know your way around and it’s late at night! For all of those reasons if nothing else I recommend this hotel! The super helpful bellman by the way is named Oscar Lara! He should get a raise!

Hotel con excelente ubicación cerca de la Diana y el Ángel de la Independencia, con varios restaurantes cercanos y la embajada de USA.
Sus Habitaciones son amplias, cómodas y limpias.
El servicio de todo el personal es bueno y están dispuestos a guiarte y recomendarte lugares en el D.F.
Cuenta con restaurante que ofrece desayuno y comida buffet.
Se puede conseguir mejor tarifa si se reserva con anticipación.

El Hotel Casa Inn brinda un servicio de calidad en promedio a los múltiples hoteles de cuatro estrellas que se ubican en el centro de la Ciudad de México.
Cuenta con restaurante y diversos salones para uso empresarial, cuenta con convenios de descuento para hospedaje con diversas, así que no duden en preguntar.
El servicio que ofrecen en general es bueno y es una alternativa intermedia para hospedarte en la zona, es recomendable hacer reservación, ya que casi siempre están llenos.
