This is my FAVORITE restaurant to eat at when I come to play (kiteboard) in La Ventana. I eat here as often as possible!
This is some serious AUTHENTIC mexican cuisine. My favorite carne asada taco dorados (crispy steak tacos). SOOOOO FREAKIN’ GOOD!!! They have a good variety of items on their menu. I have even come here for breakfast!
Now this isn’t your typical «American» type restaurant, this is a typical «Mexican/​La Ventana» restaurant. It is basically a small house with an outdoor kitchen and patio in front. There are about 6 tables. You order at the window and they cook your food item by item, so that if all six tables are full, you are probably going to wait 30 – 60 minutes for your food, but it is definitely worth the wait.
Service is friendly, English is not the primary language, so don’t get frustrated if they don’t understand what you are saying, learn a couple of new phrases in Spanish!
They do have wifi! 10 pesos an hour!
