Let’s discuss what it means to go to a place like Cozumel and to find a cozy full service beach club without all the kids (if you are looking for the kid friendly factor, look elsewhere). Peaceful, paradise for one flat fee that is pretty reasonable considering food and beverage are included. I will also preface by saying we went in January, so I’m sure the crowd of other times would change an experience. They only allow 100, so I can’t imagine the experience would change that much. Make reservations early.
Nachi Cocom offers covered dining area, pool, hot tub, restrooms, several bars so you are never far from a beverage (yay!). Servers all around, so you don’t have to leave your chair, hammock or hut. Water was nice, beach was nice. They had a massage hut for an additional charge, if you needed more help to relax.
Good beverage options. Food was good. We had a party of 8 so we tried a good bit of variety. Guacamole, nachos, wings & cheese sticks to start. Great salsa! Vegetable salad and fruit salads were both very good. Enchiladas, grilled fish & fajitas were the hits for main entrée. Dessert… I think we just kept drinking ;)
Overall, a great option for a beach day in Cozumel without the fuss of crowds. We relaxed, connected to wifi a bit and then played the rest of the afternoon. Great day!

Not acceptable.
We came here with previously made reservations, 4 people. The beach umbrellas had 4 chairs crowded under them, two in the shade, two in the sun. We told the other couple to take the next umbrella. The waiter protested very loudly. One family, one party, one umbrella. We tried to argue — if two couples show up separately, do you tell them to share one umbrella? No good answer offered.
We were assigned a waiter, who said he was in charge of all our drinks and food.
We have been going to the bar on our own, because we can’t find him.
We are hungry. This place is all inclusive. We would like to order said prepaid food. We cannot find our waiter. It has been 2 hrs now.
Walked over to the bar, tried to order lunch. Was told we can only order with our waiter. He is not here. Back to the chairs. It’s a whole hour later now. No waiter.
This is an epic fail. Don’t plan on returning.

Our favorite place in Coz. We’ve been here many times and we always have great service and feel right at home. Beautiful setting and hot tub and pool are fabulous. They limit to 100 people a day so there is never a big crowd. Best way to spend a day in Cozumel!

We have been coming here for ten years! Parents even had a beautiful vowel renewal ceremony here. Friendly staff, great food, amazing drinks. Very private and secluded, perfect for relaxing! Large groups, small groups, solo travelers. This beach is perfect for all! You can also rent wave runners, snorkel equipment, banana boat, parasail, etc. If you want a perfect place in paradise Nachi Cocum is it!

Why pay for your expensive cruise ship excursion when you can spend far less in paradise. They only let 100 people per day so reserve in advance. All-​inclusive includes food and drink. A very nice pool with swim up bar. My wife enjoyed the $ 45 30 minute outdoor massage. Food was excellent and I lost count of how many cerveza I drank. Take the 15 minute taxi ride for around $ 7/​person. Bring cash for tip and extras like jetskis and boat rides. We paid all together around $ 200 for a family of 5 for cab, lunch, drinks, massage and 6 hours in paradise. We will return next time we are in Cozumel.

This is an excellent choice for a shore excursion. The food is excellent, as well as the general experience, and quality of the beach. It’s fairly quiet and relaxing. It’s great for just about all ages.

We did this as our own shore excursion in Cozumel. It is an all inclusive beach, but they only allow 100 people, so you need to make a reservation. It was great because keeping it down to 100 people prevents the beach from getting too crowded.
Lunch is included and it is authentic Mexican food, and it tasted amazing. I always like getting authentic food when I travel. It’s not like the Americanized Mexican food you get at Señor Frog’s. Our waiter Carlos was great, he kept bring margaritas, strawberry daiquiris, and cervezas. Our cups were never empty.
You get a thatched umbrella, right on the beach with a view of the beautiful blue water. They also have a pool with a swim-​up bar and a hot tub. And when you have had enough relaxation for one day they will call you a taxi (it was only $ 14US for the two us) back to your cruise ship. Beats all the Carnival beach excursursion, especially on price.
