Kenny Rogers

Kenny Rogers @ Setia Mall is the most disappointing outlet that I’ve visited so far.
Can you believe there were only 4 – 5 waiters working during the peak hour (dinner time)?
We were there around 7.30 p. m, we spent 30 minutes to ask for order. Every time the staff pass by they will ask us wait and is not only happen to us but few tables were waiting for their turns to order foods.
I can see from the outlooks, those staff are pretty green. Two staff were helping each other at the muffin corner, and another two were at the behind counter studying the cashier machine, while all the customer are waiting there. Some impatient customers left eventually.
I ordered lamb tortilla set meal which included salad and muffin but the staff served me the wrong dish after 15 minutes. Then, I need to wait for another 10 minutes again and this round he forgotten my muffin.
Overall we spent about two hours to complete our «simple dinner».
They really need a zealously management training for the team in this outlets or they should locate one experienced supervisor to help.
