This is my 2nd visit here. Eventhough the signature dish is waffle, up till now I haven’t got the chance to order it. Initially wanted to order on going dinner promo but had to order other main dish since it’s already past 9pm. Slightly disappointed with the small portion of the chicken. But overall great service & friendly staff just bcoz they still accepting our orders at the last minute of closing hours!

Love the pancakes and waffles here … Also one of the only place that still serve a killer root beer float. However, their main dishes aren’t really their thing and the price are kinda on the high side.

Waffle World is one of the earliest waffle restaurants that were established in Klang Valley, this used to be the place when my partner craves for waffles. You can definitely tell that this shop has been in business for quite awhile from it’s furnishings. Generally Waffle World is a restaurant that specialises in Waffle dishes, whether with syrup, fruits, ice cream and so on. However, almost every time when I visited this place I won’t order waffles as I still believe in a more solid meal rather than just waffles, so I would order their western meals like my usual Fish n Chips. However, their Fish n Chips is a little bit awful during the last time I had it, it had too much flour batter and almost too little of fish fillet. Therefore, if you are going to visit this store, remember to stick with Waffles as that is their specialty.

I would say i love other dishes more than their famous waffle. To me their waffle is not like what i expected. The waffle is not freshly bake, it’s cold when it’s served. I think i can even buy the same from the supermarket and add on some banana, fillings, cream and syrup that i wanted. The picture showing in the menu might looks more attractive than the actual looks of the waffle. However, i love their mushroom soup. It’s creamy and full of minced mushroom in it. I like to bite the tiny mushroom although i know that i can just swallow it. The other food that i would recommend is their carbonara pasta. It’s look super creamy but it’s doesn’t taste so, because they have added some bacon in it. Hence, the combination of salty bacon helps to harmonize the taste of being too creamy which is just nice. Their Frankfurt hotdog is also recommended too. If you ask me to come here for waffle next time, it’ll be a no for me. But if is their pasta and soup, then yes!

Besides waffle, they offer other basic dishes such as salad, soup, pasta and sandwiches too. Waffles with ice ceam is good. Their seafood chowder(Not the usual creamy, carbonara-ish type) is good too!

This used to be THE place to get waffles in One Utama way back then, I’m surprised that it’s still going strong amidst the other desert shops and cafes that have recently set up shop on the mall. The waffles here are alright, I mean its waffles you know, they serve pretty standard waffles, though I must admit that the standard here has dropped tremendously since they opened. I’ve been here quite a few times, there was once even for dinner. I thought that I would try some their more savory items on the menu. The verdict is, they should just stick to making waffles. Well they serve pancakes too which taste better than the waffles ironically. If I have a craving for waffles and I’m in One Utama I would most probably come here. I mean I won’t make a trip out of it but once in a while if the mood strikes then Waffle World is it. Other than that it’s just an OK place to have waffles, it’s not like a hangout place though. The tables are arranged very near to each other so it’s kind of hard to have a conversation without the person at the next table unintentionally eavesdropping.

I love waffle world. Every time I feel like a bad sugar craving coming on, I stop by waffle world for a quick sugar fix. What I love most is how thick and soft the fluffy the waffles are, and the vanilla ice cream tops it all off. To add to that, prices are so affordable — sweet offerings for less than 10RM each, how can one resist it? Their Mango juice is only 5RM although it’s not fresh but sweetened. But everything in this place is sweetened, anyways! I always come to the 1 Utama outlet since the bf works close by. He loves it a lot too and when we come here on a weekday night, it is usually not packed and we can easily find a table. Service is standard — staff are warm and friendly and the food comes out relatively fast. They also serve savoury mains, although I’ve never tried them and would much prefer to stick to their sweet menu. If I ever try one of their savoury meals, I will definitely come back and give a second review. In the meantime, I’ll stick to their deliciously sinful yet oh-so-yummy waffles and pancakes, and if you haven’t stepped into a Waffle world yet you ought to give it a shot! Speaking of waffles, I’m feeling hungry now and might actually pay them a visit tonight!

Last week when waiting for our movie at One Utama Shopping Mall, Danny said he wanted to have waffle. Hmmm… So, I googled and found Waffle World. We headed there and it was quite crowded since it was a weekend. We found our seat. The crew quickly passed us the menu and took our order. It was very efficient and smooth process. I bet everyone loves this service because you don’t need to keep waiting but no one bother. It expect it needed some times for it to be done. I was surprise that it served only less than 5 minutes. Apparently, the waffle was pre-made. When receiving order, they only need to serve with the toppings we wanted. For me, it was a very big and thick waffle. If you only want some snack after meal, the waffle should be shared among couples of friends. Luckily Danny and I ordered only one, because each of us only managed to eat half. Meaning, if we ordered two, we will waste a waffle. The surface of the waffle was crunchy. It was sweet-smelting like the butter, however, it wasn’t greasy. The ice-cream topped didn’t melt easily, I bet they have a very very cold freezer. It didn’t melt even though we almost finished the waffle. All in all, Waffle World is a perfect place for waffle dating. Haha. You should try this when you go to One Utama Shopping Mall.

One of the best waffle in Klang Valley. The combination of waffle and ice cream is the bomb! Imagine a small portion of crispy and crunchy waffle with creamy ice cream that instantly melt in your mouth as you take a first bite. Yes that’s what I felt when I savour ice cream waffle in Waffle World. They also serve other food like spaghetti, other western food and desserts. Quite a suitable place for you to chill with your friends while catching up. I would say it’s quite decent. You really don’t want to missed this out.

Waffle World is really one of those places where you just would expect tons of waffle choices for you, or at least a world where waffles talk to you and then allow you to bite their head off, but alas, this café/restaurant is nothing like its name, and has disappointed me slightly. I am a huge fan of thick, moist flour being pan-seared to perfection, and its fluffiness that compliments with both butter and syrup, but what I taste in Waffle World is really just dough that has the taste of moldy, bland bread and the texture of a cardboard. Despite the place being well reputed for its pretty decent ambience and good non-waffle dishes, it seemed to me that Waffle World is a miss for me. Then again, I am not a waffle maniac who eats waffles everyday and then getting obesity and diabetes in a matter of months, so I cannot judge this place for its signature dishes. You could(*insert reluctant-based word that does not exist in the thesaurus*) try and attempt to enjoy the cardboard there, I guess.

So I went on a date with this girl a few weeks back, and she wanted to eat at this place. It was my first time here, so I do not know what to order. She ordered the oglio olio spaghetti with shrimp and I wanted a waffle with ice cream and banana. The dishes arrive not too early nor late. For a reasonable price, the waffle tasted okay. Nothing great about it. If I were to give a rating probably 6⁄10. Her spaghetti was also okay, but they were quitw generous with the amount of shrimp. I also gotta admit the staffs there are quite efficient and nice to talk to. So yeah, if you are around the mall and wanted to give waffles a try, why not start with here?!

This waffle place have been here since the very beginning of this mall but I’ve never been here before. One day, I have a huge craving for waffles. Hence I finally pay them a visit. Ordered its classic waffles and got greedy and ordered the classic pancakes too while my other half had their fish and chip. The waffles and pancakes was nice. Something I will come back for. However, their fish and chip was below average. There was more flour than fish in it. Well, I might come back for their waffles and pancakes but not for the fish and chips.
