The ambience here is nice. However, I wouldn’t recommend this place. Maybe we were just unlucky but out of 6 steak orders, 4 was mostly unchewable gristle and tendon. For a rm1000+ meal, clearing unchoice cuts on customers shows poor form. Do not order their foie gras, it’s overcooked to the point that we just left it there but no one asked us if everything was ok; because they knew it wasn’t and they weren’t going to do anything about it. There were plenty of waiters but don’t expect them to serve you, they only seem to mind their own sections and ignore he rest. Everything and I mean everything we requested had to be asked for 2 – 3 times. One thing they were really on top of was serving the expensive sparkling and mineral waters. The bottles came pre-​opened before we decided if we wanted it and they kept opening more without asking. At the END of our meal, they opened our 5th and 6th bottles. That’s 6 liters for 5 adults! We asked them to stop and forced them to take took the two bottles back. I jokingly said that it will definitely be in the bill and guess what? when the bill came, 6 bottles! Brilliant! While I can afford it, it’s against my principle to get fleeced with such pathetic practices. I gladly waited for them to correct the bill. Poor service, poor food, poor prices. Dine here only if you want to blow your company budget and can’t make your way out of sentral to bangsar where there’re so many more options. Total bill: rm1.3k plus. Very letdown.

Prime is an upmarket steakhouse that serves up some of the best steaks in town. The restaurant is very posh and it has a fine dining concept. All the steaks here range from about Rm150 and are wagyu steaks, if im not mistaken they have kobe beef too.
Prime has excellent service, the kind you can expect from a 5 star restaurant. The last time i was here, Dato Anwar ibrahim was actually dining here with his family, and i hear he dines at prime pretty often so that shows you just how posh Prime is and the type of crowd it attracts.
Prime is the perfect place to celebrate anniversaries and from what i’ve heard, if you tell them its your anniversary, they make a heart shaped steak for you two to share. Haven’t experienced this for myself though, just heard from a friend.

Perfect place for a romantic dinner with delicious steak, the steak is cooked to perfection and the prime rib is perfect for 2. However, if you plan on walking in and getting a table, I wish you luck because it’s normally very packed, so you’d need to make reservations unless you come before the crowds do. The staff are very polite and attentive, but the food takes quite a long time to arrive and you should be prepared to empty your pockets as the food is quite expensive, but overall, I feel that the food is worth the price.

The best steak in town. Love the ambience of the place, a very good place to bring your date as the atmosphere is very romantic and calming. Food, service, ambience is good. When you dine there, you’ll feel like a King as their chairs are huge. Would definitely come back a second time, mainly because of their steak. Yum yum…
