Mezze

Ah Mezze. The more grounded version of any restaurants around town, it is quite the place to go if you want to listen to decent music, and eat good food.
I really liked and enjoyed everything there, which ranged from the chocolate cake to the choices of food here. No matter if it’s spaghetti or just a plate of salad, everything here genuinely tastes good, and there are really no bad points about it. Their music comes live, with the music going more classical than anything else, so it adds up to the atmosphere that you are eating in.
That being said, if you love food, come here, because this is the good place to start once you love your food.

First off, I must say that Mezze hosts one of the best music events around. They have a lineup of live performances throughout the month and you’ll surely enjoy it. The bar is situated on the second floor through the staircase on the right when you enter and it can be pretty squeezy when there’s a crowd. This is where the live performances go on, with a little stage at one end and the bar at the other. The tables here are pretty limited, so having a group might be difficult, be sure to reserve ahead.
On the first floor, where you first enter is dining area. I must say that the food here is absolutely, amazing! You have to try the Carbonara and Olio Bacon. You can find a Carbonara in almost every restaurant, but to find a good one, it’s here. The cream is rich and the flavor is just right. The Olio Bacon too is a must try, although a lil bit more expensive than the former. The taste of the bacon subtly circles your mouth as the sundried tomatoes adds a sour touch to it.
As for desert, which is compulsory, hello, try the Chocolate Cake and the Chocolate Fondant. Yes, lots of chocolate here, but they’re too good to be true. The Chocolate Cake is their signature, with a crunchy bottom, it’s irresistible. The Chocolate Fondant comes in a very small portion, but it surely melts the heart.
When visiting, chances of getting a parking spot will be low, so try parking around the housing area further from the places, it’ll save you more time then circling aimlessly.
