Ke Kho

Ke Kho offers authentic Sze Chuan province style dishes and their signature dish is dumplings steamed with cabbages and meat filling. Coming from Malaysian culture where everything is spicy and full of flavour makes it sometimes hard to appreciate the subtle flavours in the dumpling and «bao» here but they do try their best.
Apart from their signature dumplings, you get to order one plate dishes of wok fried vegetables, fish, chicken or pork, some of it with a dash of spicy SzeChuan peppercorn. Since I’m not a fan of spicy food, and hubby is vegetarian, we tried their egg with chinese chives, fried eggplant and another tofu dish. The food is not bad but not very memorable either. Just like a tai-​chow you find anywhere.
The deco is very traditional and very Chinese. Most of the time it’s rather quiet so a great place for friends to have a chat.
