Luxury hotel in the heart of the shopping street. What else can you asked for? The service is great and room was clean and well kept after many years. The room is spacious and the room amenities were adequate. Highly recommendable to stay here. I requested a crib for my child and it was already set up when I walked into the room. A platter of welcome fruits were waiting there. We enjoyed using the pool facility. Guests were served complimentary cold ice water with 2 oranges.

It is true. I never sleep at home. I treat airports like my neighborhood Starbuck’s, making a weekly trip almost inevitable. This also means I log serious time at hotels. The JW in KL is decent enough. Truly, the problem is that KL hasn’t had any real«new» hotel construction in years(the Hyatt being the newest). Many of the shortcomings at this property are a function of age. My shower literally sprang a leak every time I hoped in. The fixtures, all of them, were just dated and coming lose. The bed was true to JW standards and I slept like a stone the entire stay. The service was hit or miss. My personal concierge was simply amazing, and for her alone I would return. The spa was laughable, at best. I mean, I get it. Most business travelers are men. But seriously, come on. The lounge, which did at some time have a wonderful view of the towers, was mostly quiet and a great place to get some work in. That said, the food service was mediocre while the afternoon tea was a highlight. Malaysia hasn’t quite yet caught up to it’s neighbors for true 5 star service, but from what I hear they are looking to address the issue and I look forward to my return visit to see what becomes of the effort.

JW Marriott in KL treated us very well during our stay. The service was amazing and the staff was very friendly. The only negative I’d say is the elevators can be very slow… a small price to pay for such a luxurious hotel, however.

JW Marriot is an exclusive 4 * Hotel and probably one of the largest hotel I ever witness that is situated at the Heart of Kuala Lumpur, opposite Pavilion, right beside The Westin KL. JW Marriot offers a five class service and definitely efficient, you would never wait for long, they would serve at a extreme polite and decent to the customer and did I mention their hotel are just like a mall as well? Mall? Isn’t going to be hectic? Don’t worry, their mall aren’t just any mall out there. There acquired the most classiest and pricey branded retails you could ever find in Kuala Lumpur such as Prada and etc. Plus, they are associating with Starhill gallery as well, so you could imagine how HUMONGOUS their mall is? yeah. The whole building! Aside from their mall, their restaurant are something to die for!!! Seriously, no kidding. It’s extremely classy, modern and really up to class, not to mention you could always witness a classical live mini concert at various time, there’s crew stand by to sing for everyone that comes along the restaurants here. Other than the restaurants, Let’s emphasise the hotel shall we? Their bedroom are describe in one word. Excellent. Their bedroom has an incredible bed setting, spectacular views from the rooms, crazy beautiful toilet and also comfy mattress. I love actually how they decorated their rooms and the hallway, well decorated and chilly. However, when it comes to their price, WUW!!! Intense but then again, good hotel always comes with a price. don’t they? Anyhow, I love their service and all. Unfortunately, didn’t manage to get to sleep here due to it’s price but just a quick look. I believe one day, I able to experience a world class hotel like JW Marriot. If you love to check out their hotel, book now or contact them.
