Like all the other espressolab outlets, the coffee they serve here are stronger, a full body and a richness to it, perfect if you’re in the mood for a flat white or latte.
Although their staff could be better trained and know that they are there to serve the customer, and not there to project an attitude towards customers as if they’re unhappy working there. It’s a service industry after all and you should always serve with a smile, not a grumpy face, especially when you are working at the cashier. (Visited this outlet on 1÷6÷15 @ 8.50pm)
Would have given a four for the coffee but the service there is not up to par.

Not too bad of a place to have coffee. Indoor seating is limited. Love the décor of the place.

Espresso Lab is good for its coffee and some other drinks. They make decent coffee although I wouldn’t go out of my way to have their coffee. Their food however is a whole different issue. I ordered the poached eggs on toast and what came to me was like an egg scrambled and fried the boiled! it looked so awful the yolk was completely cooked, how is that a poached egg?
I can easily say that i wont be eating here anymore. Besides that the places is clean and service is OK. All in all a very normal place and there is nothing good that i can really say about it. i guess the easy word to describe this place is ‘forgettable’.

The Espresso Lab in Nu Sentral is a outdoor one. It allows for a cool breeze and a nice view of the buildings right across, also a perfect spot for people watching. I went to Espresso Lab for a quick coffee fix with a girl friend of mind. Got myself a flat white and it was served in a perky bright yellow cup with a saucer and teaspoon. The coffee was smooth and on point with the balance between milk and coffee. I made sure I finished every drip of it and wanted more but two cups a day would be over doing it then. We had a good chat then as she waited for me to finish my cup of coffee. We were seated at a small low round coffee table. The environment was very casual with no pressure on what «should» be done here. The place was not crowded, and I don’t think it would feel crowded even if there were more people around because of the open air space. To sum it up, two thumbs up for the coffee. A thumbs up for the environment. My friend and I ended up spending a lot more time at Espresso Lab than we had intended to.

This was the first espresso lab I went and I didn’t notice there are so many other franchises. The espresso lab in Nu Sentral is not big, but it has a classic coffee shop design with the colour of coffee bean, and of course the signboard tells you everything with the word «espresso».
However it wasn’t coffee that attracted me to visit this place. Espresso lab has cakes, cookies, ice cream and waffles except coffee. It was the first shop that I saw a Nutella cake and I couldn’t wait to try!
I tried its Nutella ice cream at first. It was quite nice, not so sweet as I thought, but if you don’t take sweet stuffs I suggest you not to order this one. But it’s only a small cup which was a bit pricey compared to other ice cream. The second time I bought its Nutella cake and chocolate brownies. Honestly Nutella cake was just okay, I was a little disappointed as I thought it will taste very Nutella, and turned out it tasted just like a moist chocolate cake… The brownies tasted good, but same as the ice cream it has really small size (like an eraser) hence you may need to buy more to fulfill satisfaction. Overall the food tasted good.

After hearing that this particular Espresso Lab have buy 1 free 1 coffee promotion everyday from 7am to 10am, I drop by for a cuppa coffee during one of the weekday. Having no one sharing the free cuppa coffee with me, I get the barista to put the two cuppa coffee into a bigger cup (2in1!) hehe.
However, there’s terms and conditions on the above promotion. It is not applicable to delivery service. Oh, did I mention that they also have delivery service? Yes, they do have delivery service from 8am to 10pm daily. If you’re lazy to walk all the way here, you can always get them to deliver it to the doorstep of your office by dialing this number 019 – 2 240 025. Orders of 4 cups of coffee and above gets free delivery! So, order more!
Besides coffee, this Espresso Lab have breakfast, lunch, tea and dinner promotion too. I’m not gonna talk much about it as I only tried their coffee. Hence, do drop by to check it out yourself! :D

Espresso Lab has an awesome deal every day if you go for coffee between 7 and 10 a.m. you get to buy one cup and then get one free cup.
The place is really huge and beautiful it has a beautiful view on the street, the atmosphere is very good I love the outside area. The staff are very nice and helpful they speak English you can order breakfast or even lunch they have sandwiches that are super tasty.
Definitely recommend the place for friends hangout, couples, colleagues and teammates it’s fantastic.
