— Here on a Sunday night, public holiday on Monday. — Ordered Martini for RM22(tax included), reasonable price. Sweet, barely felt /tasted the rum. — The food prices range from RM20 –40, there’s burgers on the menu, pretty pricey tho. — Interior — dark with spotlights. Very stereotypical bar environment. — Noise level — it’s Sunday night so I guess it’s more quiet. However, the tables are also spreaded, so that might contribute to the quietness as well. — I would recommend this place for small(less than 4) group hangouts, it’s not a very fancy bar, not well decorated, no incredible music, just well spreaded tables and a relaxing environment where you can talk without screaming. — 4 stars because I didnt have to scream while speaking but did it anyway because I like talking loud.

This has been my joint coming to 6 years now. The staff are friendly, the service quick and the food delicious. Whilst the food is good, it was too western in the beginning and not something I would eat daily so the bar would be my hangout for happy hours. You can order a jug of Tiger(of which they won an award for the best poured Tiger beer) and they will serve you 1 mug and 3 coupons. The coupons are valid for a mug each so that way you get value for money and your beer doesn’t go cold. If you can’t finish it, then come back another time with it, there’s no expiry date to it. Had a friend who used his old coupon from a year back and got a Tiger, no questions! They also serve some of the best Guinness in town too, and yes, they have a set for it and yes, coupons for that as well! You can see why this is my joint right? Last year, the management changed, new ownership came in and changed a few things… for the better! The current chef used to be the executive chef of Westin Dubai, so you can expect the food quality and variety just went up higher. D’Legends are already famous for their Bacon Pizza, Legendary Pork Burger, Pork Satay and pork rendang, but now they have added bacon overloaded fried rice, mee goreng and sour cream ocra just to name a few. The service remains great, the drinks are still awesome with coupons and the food is even better. Just walk in any day as they open 4pm onwards weekdays and 11am onwards weekends but Friday and Saturday nights are usually packed so maybe call ahead and book. Oh yes, try their Sunday special with the family, Fish Head Curry! It’s legendary! Darn it, all this talk is making me hungry, right I’m off to Legends!

If you’re wondering why this bar is called D’Legends Bar, you won’t be guessing anymore when you step in. Rows of framed portraits of famous legends like Michael Jackson, Marilyn Monroe and the likes are framed along the walls next to seating booths. The bar is on the right when you enter and walking further in there are more tables. You can choose between a proper table or the booth tables and we chose the booth table(its more comfy with softer seating). Hanging from the walls are beautiful paper-made hanging ceiling lamps(pretty sure they are from IKEA). One great thing about this bar is that they have deals on their beers and cocktails everyday so it’s great if you’re looking for a cheap bar in the area with an AMAZING interior décor and atmosphere! I came with a couple of friends on a Thursday night and it was relatively packed still. We were lucky we managed to find a table for the 4 of us. Upon sitting down, we ordered 3 pints of tiger beer(plus 1 free!) to share as well as a few finger foods off their local menu — the large BBQ Chicken pizza which was heavenly and a serve of their pork ribs(so juicy and flavoursome!) Another good thing about D’Legends is that they serve all-day breakfasts — haven’t tried it but definitely will one day as they look yummy! Service was 5-stars. Very attentive staff who were al smiles and friendly even as we were leaving. All up we spent close to 50RM each by the end of the night. This is no doubt one of the best bars i’ve been to in Taman Tun — an excellent night spot to chill with friends and just hang out. Will definitely be back again in the near future!

A genuine and relaxed neighborhood bar in TTDI, D’legends is the perfect example of fuss-free, no-frill drinking. No one will judge you here even if you come in shorts and slippers. In fact, most punters prefer to do so. The walls are decorated with portraits of famous legends like Bob Marley and Michael Jackson. The best thing about this bar is drinks will not break your bank. This wallet-friendly watering hole serves up three pints beer(Tiger, Heineken or Guinness) for RM55nett. What a deal!
