You guys have heard of the movie Frozen right? If you haven’t, you really need to get out of your cave more. It’s been the main content on the Internet in the past year and also the reason why 4-​year-​old girls are taking off their powder blue gloves and flipping it up into the air. Me included.
Now when you’re a 30-​year-​old man, ‘letting go’ has an entirely new meaning on its own and I’m not going to elaborate on that any further just so that I can keep my Unilocal profile at an appropriate PG13 level.
My niece’s birthday was approaching and of course she wanted some Frozen merchandise, I wanted to send her a box of skittles frozen solid in a block of ice but my sister didn’t find that amusing. I came to this shop instead. They were well stocked on all things Frozen, dresses, t-​shirts, lunch boxes, figurines, dolls and an oversized Olaf. Aside from the whole Frozen theme, they weren’t short on other cartoon characters as well, from Doraemon to Mickey and Minie and from Hello Kitty to some other cartoon characters which I don’t recognize (Ben 10? I’m so out of this.)
If I were an 8-​year-​old boy, this shop would have driven me crazy, but now as a 30-​year-​old man with a job and responsibilities, it still did. I was very, very happy there. I got a foot-​tall Doraemon figurine for myself. My niece and I had a very good birthday celebration together last year.

You don’t see something like this very often in Malaysia. The theme for this shop includes all your favourite cartoon characters like Hello Kitty, Doraemon, etc. No wonder this shop is so popular among families with younger children! I find it very refreshing because there’s no concept like this in the market; hence, it’s uniqueness.

If you’re interested in buying clothing with designs such as Hello Kitty, Doraemon, Mickey Mouse or Angry Bird for your baby or little kid, then Animation World is the place where you should go. The place is very big and has lots of different clothes to choose from. Not only do they have clothes, but they also have schoolbags, water bottles, stuffed toys and so on. The price isn’t too extravagant and is affordable and the service is good.
