I love the atmosphere in Bistro Richard. So romantic and relaxing. It is suitable for couple or besties dining. A lot of customers will come here for wedding proposal. The boss, Uncle Richard was a chef in Genting for more than 30 years. So, food quality is never a problem. He will share all the stories he has if you are willing to listen.
I love Seafood Paella the most! One plate is enough for 2 persons. It was appetizing! Also, their Escargot is the famous starter which everyone will order when dining at Bistro Richard.
Black Mussel Soup contained a lot of fresh black mussel, unlike others only gave two or three.
You can also book this place for event or part. Some actually booked for wedding cocktail party. If you wish to do that too, give them a call~

Richard Bistro is not the usual place you’d just randomly walk into when hanging out with friends and that’s because it’s inside KL PAC, my favorite escape hideout when I’m tired of the city.
When you pass the guard house as you enter KL PAC, just keep driving straight and don’t stop until you pass buildings first on your right, then your left and you will see a lake. Look around until you find a red brick wall and that’s where Richard Bistro is right next to SAMIRA Thai cuisine. It’s like entering the secret garden with a maze that’s going to bring you towards a serene and zen mode. They offer western food here but I haven’t tried it — I normally get invited for drinking occasions here with friends. It’s nice to be able to step out of a drinking session and being able to face silence to a bare sky and hearing sounds of the waters.
