We went out of our way to eat here and we were thankful that we did. The sushi was generous and fresh.

Good quality, great prices. Be prepared to wait, but the line is very orderly and moves reasonably quickly. The iPad minis have an English option which certainly helps and the staff is very friendly and quick with requests.

Fresh and tasty — what more could you ask for? Mini iPads that let you place special orders(melt in your mouth fatty tuna nigirizushi!), a special conveyor belt system that rides above the normal go-round to deliver said special orders? Ok fine. They have that too. Like others have said, prepare to wait. The line was long, but it moved fairly swiftly. I was there on a Friday night and waited about 30 minutes or so. Which reminds me. To the two young Japanese guys that joined their friends late and cut in line — shame on you. Where are your manners? May you be publicly caned one day, you little shits. Other than that, a great experience. Would certainly come back as the English option on the app takes away some of the intimidation from ordering.

So living in Japan, you expect to find great sushi. Honestly, it’s actually pretty hard to find bad sushi here. However, this place is the BEST! Tucked away on the 11th floor of the Sky Building off the East exit to Yokohama station, this sushi-go-round place is the real deal. The fish is fresh, the atmosphere is lively, and the quality is second-to-none. I’ve tried sushi all over Tokyo, Yokohama, Yokosuka, and this is my favorite of all of them. No joke. I’ve even gone to Tsukiji fish market to try the freshest stuff available and I still prefer here. They have a good selection coming around on the belt but you can easily order whatever you want using their iPad minis at each table and counter seat. You can even switch it to English if you don’t want to risk ordering something more«adventurous.» The service is fast and you can get a point card(like almost everywhere in Japan) to get discounts down the road. The price is definitely reasonable with plates ranging from 100yen to about 600yen. If you don’t want to take my word for it, the line outside the restaurant will surely make you believe as there is almost always a wait, even on a Tuesday, even at 5:00PM. If you decide to try it on a weekend, expect to wait well over an hour, maybe even two.
