LOL. Dar says she’s spoiled because we are used to staying in at least Marriott’s and Hilton’s. But this out of the way bungalow is cute and worth the price. For only $ 68 a night we had a little bed, free internet and a little capsule bathroom. If you don’t mind being out of the center of Shinjuku this might be the place for you. It also came with a huge flatscreen. Perfect to hook up my iPhone via HDMI and watch movies. Unfortunately I can’t get HBOGO so no GOT tonight. The beds were a little limp and the pillows looked like sandwich bread. Darcie said she could imagine us starting out poor and spending our early days in a little studio like this. It definitely won’t break the bank and you’ll have money to spend on other stuff. I know Darcie likes that. Instead of upgrading to Business Class she said we could use the money to buy more stuff. Good thinking. It’s about 3 minutes from the M10 stop of the Marunouchi Tokyo Metro line or two stops from Shinjuku. There seem to be walking distance from a lot of restaurants.

Stayed here for 5 nights. Very clean and comfortable. Centrally located to good restaurants, bars and markets. Under a 10 min to Shinjuku train station. If I ever need to come back to Tokyo, I would absolutely stay here again.

This hotel is very new and very clean. And the hotel is not far from JR Shinjuku station, 10 minutes walk, and very near to subway Shinjuku-3chome and Shinjuku-Gyoen station. Around the hotel there are a lot of good restaurants and some supermarkets, convenient stores. You enjoy Rakugo, Japanese comedy show, at Shinjuku Suehiro Tei, 3 minutes from this hotel. The hotel has one resturant but I recommend you take breakfast here and go out for dinner. The room is not large but enough for sleeping. The bath tub is good shape and designed for taking bath. The bed is also good and soft, you can sleep well. At this moment(2015 spring), you can book this hotel in very good rate under 10000 yen by Expedia or Jalan. I think this hotel is very new, so the hotel give us the cheap rate than the other same brand hotels.

Got a small one person room. It was alright. It has a full size bed, privet bath, TV, refrigerator, a little desk and unreliable internet. They dont change the beding everyday. The check in is strange you talk to them, then they talk you to a kiosk to try and get 21 $ more a day put of you for brakefast and paid TV. Then you pay the kiosk. Its not a 2 min walk to the JR. More like 15 – 10 mins. It is in the middle everything. You can walk just about any where.

This is really a good bang for your buck. It’s in the heart of Shinjuku and literally a 2 min walk from the train station. Rooms are mega small but very clean. Laundry machines on the basement along with Japanese style his and her bathhouse in the lower level. Great service.
