Hotel Club House Roma

Kleine Zimmer. Aber alles sehr sauber. Wir waren vom Bad positiv überrascht. Leider stinkt es leicht (evtl vom Abwasser?) was durch einfaches Lüften behoben werden kann. Allerdings ist diese Ecke Roms trotz der Seitenstraße recht laut (viele Hunde, tägliche Müllabfuhr, Hupkonzerte, …). Also die Nachtruhe war teilweise etwas gestört dadurch ;)
Die Mitarbeiter sind super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit! Um in die Innenstadt zu kommen kann man entweder mit der Metro fahren oder mit dem Bus. Leider haben wir uns die Buslinien erst zum Ende unseres Aufenthalts genauer angeschaut aber mit diesen kommt man gut zu/​von den Ecken der Innenstadt die mit der Metro nicht gut erreichbar sind. Also schaut am besten auch mal diese Verbindungen an ;) Dennoch würde ich demnächst nach einem Hotel mehr im Zentrum raussuchen wollen.
PS: Zimmer sind in der Regel ab 14:00 Uhr bezugsbereit. WLAN ist auch in den Zimmern verfügbar, bricht aber des Öfteren ab und ist nicht gerade immer sehr schnell. Das frühstück haben wir uns nur einmal angetan und danach eher in der Stadt gegessen. Die Säfte sind total künstlich und neben Rühreier, Scheibenkäse und Schinken (jeweils eine Sorte) gibt es noch Müsli und Süßkram.

My husband and I went on a trafalgar Italian dream tour and this was our last night hotel stay.
Location: You will need to take a taxi or bus to get to the more populated city area.
Room: It was a bit more «modern» in décor compared to the first hotel (pinewood hotel) in Rome but it was more cramped in size.
Bathroom: cramped and difficult to close the door. The toilet water seemed like it was running all night. You can clearly hear your neighbors when they flush or take a shower.
Breakfast: continental breakfast with reasonable food.
I would not re visit this hotel if I ever returned to Rome. I would go for a place closer to the city.

Das Personal an der Rezeption hat uns freundlich empfangen. Da das Zimmer erst um 14 Uhr fertig war (früher Flug), mussten wir die Koffer unterstellen. Kein Problem. Unser Zimmer ist sehr klein. Ums Bett herum nur ca. einen Meter Platz. Das Badezimmer nur für eine Person zurzeit gedacht. Leider fehlen auch Stangen für die Handtücher. Dafür ist es relativ neu und sauber wie das ganze Zimmer. Das Mobiliar ist etwas angestoßen. Das Hotel ist für eine Großstadt ruhig. Zur Metro ist ca. 1 km. Also machbar. Frühstück ist gut. Die Auswahl auch. Auch hier freundliches Personal. Grazie.

We booked this room mostly due to the location & proximity to a restaurant we planned to try on our overnight between arriving in Italy & leaving for Tuscany the following morning. The location was… fine…but definitely further away from things than we anticipated. We walked in the rain towards the Vatican for dinner (8pm-​ish), and decided we would feel better taking a taxi back after dinner (which we did). That being said, for a quick stop-​over, the room was nice and clean, and most importantly, a great price! If we were staying in Rome for longer, though, we would probably stay closer to the city center…
