Not a terrible hotel, per se, but better choose another if you like having wi-fi when you’re in your room. Slow wi-fi worked our first night, but we’re now on our 3rd day without it and no word when it will be available again … «still working on it…» Not the end of the world, but annoying and no other outstanding features here to really recommend.

PLEASEREADMYWHOLEEXPERIENCEITLLBEVERYUSEFUL. The hotel itself is great, it’s not luxurious but you get what you pay for. The location is great it’s close to termini(train station) and the breakfast in the morning is delicious! Now, the customer service here sucks. Everyone is super rude, just watching tv on some small tv they have on their desk. The only answer they ever gave me when I asked them a question was, «no» I take that back, not everyone, there’s a man named Giuseppe, he is probably the most lazy, rude, racist prick I have ever met. Once he knew we were American he made my stay hell. Upon arrival at check in Giuseppe was watching tv, he looked annoyed that I even walked into the establishment, spoke to me in Italian, I said I didn’t speak Italian, mind you I was being kind to him, Giuseppe rolls his eyes and starts talking to me like if I were an idiot child, asks for my passport, I hand it to him and he just snatched it out of my hand and made some sort of scoff when he sees that it’s an american one. Doesn’t speak to me the whole time he’s doing the check in, hands me my key, NOTONEWORD, and goes back to his tv. To which I’m left to guess on what floor I’m in. I also lost my luggage in the airport on my trip, and they were sending it over to us via express, I received calls and emails letting me know they had sent my luggage THATSAMEDAY, I went down stairs excited to get my luggage only to see Giuseppe’s annoyed face by my mere presence, I asked him if the luggage had arrived, he says no, just NO. Nothing else, I’m confused because they had just sent me an email from the airport that the luggage was delivered, but I didn’t even ask simply because I felt uncomfortable with Giuseppe, so I ask if it were to come if he could call me to my room so I can come downstairs to get it.(I was still being polite to him and smiling) he just says, «mhmm» I go upstairs and call the airline and tell them the luggage hasn’t arrived, they assure me it has, I didn’t even bother to ask anymore questions because at this point I felt so uncomfortable at this hotel JUSTCAUSEOFONEPERSON. I go buy clothes for myself, I wasn’t going to let one mishap ruin my trip that I had put so much into. The days pass no word from my luggage, I would ask daily when I would walk into the hotel. At this point I’m upset, I call the airline one more time they tell me the luggage is at the hotel, and that it was signed for when it arrived and not only that, they told me they called the hotel and someone assured them the luggage was indeed there but wasn’t claimed. I go downstairs to ask, what a surprise, Giuseppe says it’s not there and let’s me know he’s busy with other duties, if the luggage arrives he’ll let me know. I go back upstairs. Next day is my last night in Rome, I’ve given up on the luggage, The person I was rooming with is sick so they stay in the hotel room ALLDAY that day, I come into the hotel after going around the city, Giuseppe sees me walk in, and goes back to watch tv, it’s pretty late like around 10, I go upstairs ask my roommate if they called from the desk about the luggage she says no, thirty minutes later I get a call, it’s Giuseppe, my luggage has arrived! My luggage arrived at 10 pm at night apparently. Coincidently it was also Giuseppe’s time to leave his shift, my last night I get my luggage, he hands it to me with a bitchy smirk, the only time he smiled, and says«your luggage, enjoy your trip» I have a feeling that the luggage arrived the day of as told to me by the airline, I also have a huge feeling Giuseppe was holding my luggage THEWHOLETIME. THATMANIS A HORRIBLEHUMANBEINGANDISTHEREASONWHY I WOULDNEVERGOBACKTOTHEANDREOTTIHOTEL, nor would I recommend it to my friends or family, ANDTOANYAMERICANTRAVELINGTOROME. GIUSEPPERUINEDMYSTAYINROME.

Very close to the Termini station. The first impression is that this is a very traditional hotel, very classic décor. The representative at the front counter is even wearing an emerald green suit coat. The lift is an experience in and of itself– when you step the floor gives in a bit and it’s in a cage with wooden doors that do not even close. The hotel is clean but certainly hasn’t been renovated with furniture(mattress caved in) or décor(carpet faded) in a while. However, the bathroom looks modern and renovated and the room has a flatscreen tv. The breakfast which was included was delicious and there were many items to select from. We had a great stay!
