Service was meh! What’s the point of making an appt at 930am, when I don’t get seen in like an hr later by the doctor… That needs to be fixed!
I came in early at 915am for my 930am appointment… And I didn’t get seen till like 1015am by a medical assistant. And to make matters worse, after getting evaluated by the Medical Assistant for a good o’ 10min checking my vital signs and stuff… She said, «Alright Joseph, doctor will be with you shortly in about 20min.»
For Christ sake, I’m hungry, and haven’t eaten breakfast. So I’m stuck here for another hr roughly… A 930am appointment, and I won’t be seen roughly by 1045−11am by a doctor… Smh! Ummmz… No point in making an appt if I won’t be seen accordingly in a timely manner.
