Starbucks

I have been in many Starbucks since i was in colleges. This is a very nice location. Staff re friendly. They keep store clean and spacious.
Like the town here too.

I don’t know if the people that work here read these but if they do thank you for being so nice the girl that helped me was really nice I think her name was Amy so shoutout to Amy for suggesting I have a warmed up coffee cake promote her to CEO

This has to be one of the BEST Starbucks I have ever been to! Been here a few times now … and I am comparing it to Chico, Gridley, Lincoln, Sacramento, Las Vegas, Reno, and Waikiki, Honolulu Starbucks that I have frequented. Yeah I probably go to Starbucks too much and notice the little things while traveling or out and about!
First, it’s in a fantastic location near Krispy Kreme, Mc Donald’s, Bel Air area. It has a nice long drive thru, for easy access to get in/​out, great parking lot with normal size spaces and shade! The inside of the place is very open space, nice atmosphere! Excellent seating from high table tops to low table tops to couches/​chairs, plus they have seating outside as well (Non smoking of course). This Starbucks is much bigger than other Starbucks I usually go to. They have a better selection of K cups, mugs, drink ware, and all the for sale items, etc. To me, the layout of the store looks clean and organized. Their food display case and counter area is fully stocked and well maintained. I have not gotten bad service here and all my drinks have always been made correctly, but I don’t ask for anything special. I usually get black coffee or iced tea and maybe some treats. They have enough staff working as well, which they are able to keep up a fast pace while there is a rush! Maybe I have been lucky every time I came in here, but if I lived in YC, this would be my main Go To Starbucks…
This morning when I came in, parking lot was almost full, drive thru was consistently busy, and inside there were several customers! I ordered the new Mango black tea lemonade and a Red Berry cheese danish, which came heated. The Mango iced tea was very delicious and refreshing, the Red Berry cheese danish was awesome, Yummy! I am so glad it came heated, totally hit the spot perfectly! My sister got a Birthday cake pop, and we know we are going back later with our treat receipts for the Grande $ 2.50 drinks. I am probably going to get another Mango iced tea, it was sooo good! Customer service was friendly and took my order fine. No complaints or negatives for this Starbucks!

Excellent service. I like the positive attitude of the guy who works the drive thru window!!! Breakfast sandwiches and berry fresh beverages so yummy…

I Love starbucks and am a fan of this location i go here every morning before school employees are very nice they even remember my name and drink every time i come in

I hate to write a bad review about a company I used to work for but here it goes. I’m pretty much over patronizing a place where the employees treat the customers like their inconvienencing them by simply being a customer. I get that sometimes the job of a barista can be a thankless one, but when I pull up to the window to pay it would be nice to hear at least a, «Hi, how are you» before spouting off the price of my drink and closing the drive through window in my face. Also, when you are finally ready to take my payment it would be nice if you didn’t just open the window up (after I have patiently been waiting) and just stare at me like you can’t be bothered. So to the girl who was working DTO/​R this morning thank you for reminding me why I stopped frequenting this location in the first place.

I like to get coffee here everyday ! Staff very nice! They give new coffee if you not happy!

I’ve been to this location a few times and it’s a typical Starbucks. They’ve made my Venti Iced Coffee with 2% and Toffee Nut syrup consistent each time. Kudos! Wifi also works well.

This is my local Starbucks and I go here everyday yes I am a white girl lol this is the best Starbucks I have been to but sometimes the staff get a little cranky
Or like they are mad but other then that 90% of the time it’s an excellent play to go to study or hangout

This is the best Starbucks in town. The staff is always friendly and efficient. I’m here twice a day. Drive through in the morning, inside in the afternoon. They have never made a mistake on one of my drinks but I know from observation that they are willing to fix their mistakes and frequently comp a drink.

Typically I wouldn’t waste my time writing a review about a chain store but damn this store is like dating a bipolar woman, you never know what the hell you are going to get. Everything will be great a couple of times then I will get a cup of coffee that tastes like it was spilled on the floor, mopped up, and put in a cup. I age ten years every time I get stuck in their drive through, the coffee I got today was lakewarm and a couple days ago I was given a cup that looked like it had been pulled out of the trash and reused.
I do not know what is going on here but they are not even meeting minimum standards.

They got my drink right and the seating area is extremely large for big groups and tons of space for WiFi junkies! Very clean, friendly staff, got my drink right, good food, nice vibes! Very pleased with my experience***

Trying to head out of town on Christmas Eve and this Starbucks closes at 6. I pull in the drive thru at 5:58 and was rudely told that they were closed. Then I had to sit in the drive thru for 5 minutes while they served the two cars in front of me. I get that it’s the end of your shift on Christmas Eve, but you couldn’t even offer to make something quick for me? This is why I go to Dutch Bros. And will continue to push them to put one in Yuba City so that I can get a decent cup of coffee and decent customer service when I’m here.

Great place to catch up with friends and Chit Chat on life, coffee, fave espresso, etc… oh my, it’s worth it if you’re a gold member and you get free refills on tea. #DrinkPorn #YOLO

This is my main Starbucks location, though I do go to the others in Yuba City and Marysville. 99.9% of the time I find the employees very friendly and courteous at all their locations. They ovbiously teach their employees the art of talking to their customers. My only bad experience at Starbucks occurred in Petaluma. One bad cashier who could not be bothered to thank me even when I tipped them. I doubt that person still works there.

Every time I go through here, they are either out of the food I want or they mess up my drink order by omitting an ingredient. Tonights was a caramel mocha with both caramel syrup and caramel drizzle. Since it was piping hot, I didn’t sample it until I was up the road, and come to find out — NO CARAMEL. I didn’t have time to go back and ask them to fix it so I just drank it how it was. $ 5.15 down the tubes.

Drive through this place every morning! For the most part the staff is very friendly, and a couple of them know my «morning» order by heart. «TRIPLE VENTI NON-​FAT MARBLE MOCHA MACCHIATO EXTRA HOT THIS MORNING?»
Gotta love that!
One draw back… gets expensive. Did you know that there are publications out there on people going into debt as a result of coffee places? I knew I should have purchased Starbucks stock a long time ago!
