The breakfast burrito«sausages» are hot dogs. The potatoes dry and gross. Employees and manager/owner were discussing private matters loudly while we ate. Don’t go here.

Stopped in to kill some time waiting for a friend. Staff was cheery and helpful. Checking on me making sure my needs were met. Iced Latte and breakfast burrito were my choice. The latte was a little bitter, may be some older coffee or just a strong blend. 3.75 stars for that. Burrito was great, full of potato, eggs and sausage. If I could change one thing it would be a little more egg. Burrito 4 stars… service 4.25 stars. If I lived in Yuba this would be a definite hangout.

I’ve been here several times over the past few years, the most recent visits have been since they changed ownership a few months ago… that being said, I had hoped they would have changed-up their schtick, but no. I understand that they mainly cater to high schoolers, and that’s nice, but what about the off-season? $ 10 for a medium iced tea and a pastrami sandwich with two incredibly thin slices of pastrami is just not worth it. I’ll pass.

This place is worth a visit! It is a quaint coffee shop with a home town feel. The customer service is excellent. Every time we go we are always greeted so nicely. I really enjoy the atmosphere. They have a wide selection of things to try. All of it is good. I especially enjoy their breakfast burritos. If you like great customer service and you’re looking for a nice breakfast or lunch this is the perfect place.

I called to ask for the hours and the lady over the phone was incredibly sweet! I felt so welcomed even through a phone call. When I walked in she was helping other clients but still made an effort to welcome me in. As soon as she was done she came and asked how she could help me. I ordered a chicken ranch wrap. It wasn’t on the menu but she was so willing to make it for me. I also ordered the mexican mocha and it was delicious! I only live a block away idk why I haven’t been here before. I’ll be back, like all the time!

This little shop has a lot of charm, a owner that is sweet as pie and really accommodating. I am so glad I didn’t let the jerk in the parking lot scare me away from this place. Parking is tight, there is a little outside patio that is cozy the room is open and inviting, The menu is limited and I am pretty sure the hash browns are frozen but she’s trying to do it right. I really liked the owner/cook/cashier, she was super sweet, ready to help and grateful for the business. we walked in on the tail end of a rush and she still made us feel, important and that she had all the time for us.

Love this little coffee shop! They give great service and are super friendly. I have tried the nutty chicken salad and it is so good, and whoever thought of putting a scoop of pasta at the bottom of the salad was a genius! I look forward to trying everything else on the menu especially the breakfast burritos.

Clark Ave Coffee is amazing! Donna and Ray are two of the nicest people I have ever met. Besides the incredible customer service, Ray makes some of the best breakfast burritos in the area! Thanks again guys and keep up the good work!

Today I had arranged to meet a new friend at Clark Ave Coffees because I had read the wonderful reviews here on Unilocal.I am so glad I did. Donna, the owner, made us feel very welcomed and, by the time we left, Donna had shared the history of the place, which is now one of my favorite stories. My friend had a sandwich and macaroni salad for lunch, which he really enjoyed, and which was so substantial that he took half of it home. I wasn’t really hungry, so I had a truly delicious banana nut muffin, which was so good I ate it slowly so I could savor the moist deliciousness of it. Even though I live in Sacramento, I can’t wait to bring my daughter and my friends here. I wish I could give it more than five stars.

Started going to this place only a week ago while passing to go to Yuba City’s miniature and quite pitiful Farmers Market when I came across this coffee shop with my girlfriend. We immediately diverted and entered this quaint coffee shop, where we now have discovered our favorite location in Yuba City. This place absolutely trumps anything else in the area. If you haven’t gone already, do so immediately.

Seriously good. I can’t go back to Starbucks unless this place is closed, as they close early and then completely on Sundays. Their prices are comparable to Starbucks, but their coffee is never ever ever burnt. Ever. My favorite, hands down, is the Mexican Mocha(a mocha, but with cinnamon. holy cow). He throws in a few shots in the medium sized one, which is totally fine by me. My husband is a big fan of their coconut blend. I usually take home a pound of their organic blend – and again, totally comparable to Starbucks. Any of their take home blends are fantastic. As far as food goes, my kids love their cookies, their double chocolate-chip muffin is a bit store bought for me(but c’mon. it’s double chocolate chip!) – but their breakfast burrito? Good gravy that’s good. Might want to split it with someone, though – it’s huge. I should mention that it’s not a traditional burrito by any means. What would normally be your tortilla is a pastry, and there are chunks of ham inside, some egg, just enough cheese, and no salsa. It’s just so, so good. Spicy. They’ve made good use of their building, what used to be a gas station. Sometimes I worry about parking, but I’ve never had a problem finding a spot. It’s a great quiet place to chill alone or with a friend. The owner is nice and acts a bit the waiter when you dine in. His wife(I think?) is super friendly, and they both have such a passion for their coffee. They told me their beans are fresh, acquired/roasted every two weeks(and it smells and tastes like it, trust me) – just excited about what they sell, and they do it rite. It’s nice to have a local place that is amazing and convenient.

I have no reason not to give this place five stars, and not just because it’s in Yuba City. I wish there were more places like this in San Francisco. It’s the perfect formula of convenience, friendliness and deliciousness. Prices are good too. It’s in a quiet neighborhood which isn’t hard to find, there’s enough parking around, free fast WiFi, lots of power outlets and plenty of space in their nicely converted gas station garage. The employees are nice, but not so nice that you have those awkward warm moments as if you’re in a Hallmark movie. They take care of you promptly. Of course the most important thing was that my Organic House Blend Coffee tasted great and was fresh. They have lots of delicious looking food options which I’m sure I’ll try too. I want one of those pastries that’s as big as my face. And for the record my face isn’t small.
