The customer service at Ground Effects was outstanding. They are very educated on their products and ready and willing to share that knowledge so that I could choose the product that was best for me. They were prompt with their deliveries, and every staff member I dealt with was polite, from the sales person to the delivery guys, to the warehouse guys. A special thanks to my sales person, Ryan, who made my experience an absolute pleasure. Homeowners should shop Ground Effects first, I’m happy I did.

These guys sell quality materials. I love going and looking through their hardscapes product. I buy mulch from these guys and they never disappoint me. I appreciate their help with new products when I have questions too. Keep up the great work!

My experience with the owner, Mike Graves, was very poor from a vendor’s standpoint. He refused shipment of product despite having an agreed upon price and delivery timeframe. I even offered extended terms. I live in the community and offered him an incredible price to create some goodwill. Too bad he treated me/​us this way just because he was having a bad day, had a slow spring, or whatever… I hope Mike treats his customers with a little more tact than he does his vendors…
