Service and response time was excellent and Dave goes above and beyond to give you an honest assessment of what’s going on and the best solution. His price was actually far cheaper than any larger chain appliance repair companies I was quite pleased and would highly recommend him.

He provides great service but price is quite high. He worked with my tenant to schedule the repair. It was very convenient. I was told he arrived and had the issue resolved within 15 minutes.
The rating is lower due to his prices. I was shocked at how high the bill was for such a quick repair on a relatively cheap part. I called around and found two options that were significantly cheaper. I recommend you also shop around for cheaper options.
