Avoid this location at all cost. We attempted to order 2 pizzas, one of which was supposed to be a spinach Alfredo bacon pizza drizzled with balsamic vinigrette. It was a good thing I opened the box before we left, because we were shocked to find that there was no spinach and no vinigrette. They were out of those ingredients. That goes under the heading of things we’d like to know at the time of ordering. Then we were told we needed to wait for the manager to correct the issue, which took another ten minutes for her to arrive for no good reason. We have no clue what she was doing in the back of the store while the one employee manned both the cash register and pizza making equipment. I’m fairly confident that you can’t run a pizza Hut with only 1 employee and the stress I saw in that employee’s eyes confirmed that for me. Whoever owns this pizza hut, be it corporate or a franchisee, is horribly mismanaging this restaurant and putting both the brand and local sales in jeopardy with such terrible managing.

I highly dislike this pizza hut because every time I order a dinner box from them they almost, always forget to put mozzaralla sauce with my bread sticks. They don’t carry plates for you either which sucks because most places will provide that for you. And pizza is never prepared on time when our online order tells us it’s ready for pick up. What are they doing in the back? Messing around? Probably.

What happens? I ordered online and couldn’t get a pizza with half and half toppings without it charging for extra toppings, but that’s a corporate issue. But I did end up getting spinach and beef on my pizza. Or rather that’s what I ordered. I didn’t get spinach and when I called to ask about it, they said that their ticket machine doesn’t print all the details in the kitchen. …WHAT? Pretty done with this location.

Poor customer service! Poor work ethics! Employees are very unorganized and unprofessional. Employees in the back joking and laughing if they make a mistake on customers orders. I ordered online and 15 mins later went to the store to find out order was not placed. So I had to wait another 20 – 30 mins to have the order made.

The employees working there are not all that bright. The manager, Whitney, accidentally cancelled my order yesterday that had a 20% off coupon applied to it. It was an online offer, so she told me to place the order again online, but I couldn’t apply the coupon again since it showed as «already been redeemed» and no record of it being cancelled. When I asked her to apply it since she’s the one who accidentally cancelled the order, she said she couldn’t since it was an online offer. Not sure how a manager doesn’t know how to use the computer. Her«sorry» sounded like — sorry this happened, oh well. I was really counting on that pizza for dinner since I had no time to make one yesterday, but I didn’t place the order again after that experience. Other than that, the pizza is always way below par. Many pizzas have come wrong and cold. And most of the plain cheese pizzas come with the cheese pooled right in the middle leaving a 4 inch wide plain crust all around the pizza, which on a medium pizza is almost the whole pie. And other times, the cheese on the outside near the crust is burnt or has large crusty bubbles. And of course, the pizza never comes on time, they are always late, probably because they have cut down on the employees because they must be losing customers left and right. I don’t even know why I was ordering the pizza yesterday… just needed something to be delivered and there aren’t too many restaurants that deliver around here. I guess I’m just going to have to find another one. I think Pepz delivers with a minimum order. Two years ago when we first moved to this area, the pizza was good and always prepared properly. Management might have changed since then, because the quality has gone down a billion times over. Maybe they don’t realize that if they make better pizza and provide better service, more people will order from them and their business will do better.

I have given this place so many chances, none no more!!! Out of about 8 times I have ordered on their app, and maybe 2 orders were correct. All the other orders were completely wrong and most COLD. tonight I ordered on the app, 20 min late and cold ass pizza. I called and the dummy on the phone just said sorry. Never again. Porkys Pizza is 200% better, I just thought the Pizza Hut app was a convenient way to order and they save your payment info. Never again!!!

I ordered online and paid via credit card. I have an extremely unique last name and yet the pizza was delivered to the wrong apartment. Aren’t you supposed to ask for the credit card? And maybe mark your cars so I could’ve stopped the driver from passing my apartment. Then I’m on hold with the store for 20 minutes. I better get my refund efficiently. I’m just glad I’m moving in a few weeks.

This location has the worst service ever. Use the Pizza Hut app to order because if you call in your order you’ll have to deal with some of the service industries worst customer service. If I were the general manager of this location I would send whoever takes the phone orders to speech classes and customer service courses. The food is what’s to be expected from a mega-chain fast food restaurant, so you get what you pay for in that area. I wish Round Table wasn’t so expensive!

After being forced to go to another Pizzahut when there phone lines were down and I thought they were closed I can honestly say this is a great Pizza Hut From what i gather from other complaints on Unilocal I can say I always get the best service here and if u want extra cleanliness u can always ask them to sanitize and do a clean cut on your pizza which they absolutely will Keep up the good work! Also it’s been renovated and is really clean!

OMGOSH I will never order or eat a pizza from here again The pizza maker washed his hands then proceeded to touch his face and everything around him then picked up toppings with his hands! Horrible service. Waited 10 minutes just for a pick up and nobody greeted me and when she did, it was be there in a sec and I heard the phone ring over 30 times and almost answered it and took the order. I feel bad for the owner that is losing business

The sweet chilly wings were amazing! I put my order online for later pickup and it was made perfectly when I got there. I have to say how well composed the personnel were, specially the manager, when this rude customer started yelling at them. They kept their composure through out and still made sure my order was correct.

I’ve had some good experiences with this location and a lot of bad ones… Last weekend my boyfriend and I couldn’t decide what we wanted to eat and we decided to just order some pizza. I placed our order at 11:38. The estimated time of delivery was 40 minutes or roughly 12:18. So around 12:30 when it hadn’t been delivered at attempted to call the store to see when it would be out of delivery. I was on hold for ever! Eventually I got someone who«was going to check» on my order but they just hung up on me. The pizza eventually showed up at 1. Almost an hour and a half later when they said 40 minutes. Oh, and it was cold by the time it showed up. Long story short, order before you’re super hungry.

I wish I read these before I ordered. Same story as everyone else, pizza took forever to show up(delivery). Except, I think I have everyone beat. Ours took, wait for it… two hours and twenty minutes. We kept calling to see where it was(and they were very nice, I must say) but — we were eventually told, «honestly, we don’t know where he is. He left to deliver it two hours ago, if he ever shows up, you can just have it». Much to our surprise, as we were heading out the door for the night, a very. very cold, two hour and twenty minute old pizza, showed up. The delivery boy was very polite, but looked very confused and offered no apology or acknowledgement it took two hours to get there.

This outlet is close to home, so I’m usually tasked to pick up and order that was phoned in. We usually get a $ 10 dinner box special, i.e. pizza, bread sticks, and cinnamon bread sticks. The pizza is OK, and convenient, but it wouldn’t be my first choice if I wanted pizza. There are many new places, with great concepts, cooking methods and great crust and toppings. Pizza Hut isn’t one of them. The last pizza was the Bacon Cheese Stuffed Crust. Didn’t like it. It smelled good though… Will be back for a quick take home meal…
