I bought my Stihl brushcutter in today because it wasn’t running properly, and the folks at J&I in Yelm were able to fix the problem quickly. It was something stupid I had done that affected how the brushcutter operated, but the person I worked with treated me with respect instead of treating me like the idiot I was. I really appreciated that after dealing with people at other places who treat you like a moron if you weren’t born and raised working with this stuff.
