Blue Suede Espresso

I before Starbucks invaded, this was the happening
still is for me. I think it was called something else then, but it never changed in quality. There is something about those small little coffee shacks that used to be the only places around that i love because they are a small, local business working hard to make it, then Starbucks comes and people forgot the better tasting espresso made by a friendly local, often the owner, they were always friendly and i think they made way better drinks. It’s just that a lot of people see a popular Symbol, a modern, hip atmosphere, WiFi hookups and the latest in music and the little shacks are forgotten. I’ll sit in my cold car listening to the radio knowing i helped a small local business rather than be on a laptop in a room full of yuppies because that’s what is «popular.» How boring. Come back to the true, original Espresso places guy’s!
