Update since I’ve been back (twice).
So excited to find a place with white pizza (I’m not usually into tomato sauce, especially too much) AND that its delicious. I was impressed that the guy behind the counter checked my order before handing it over, remembered he hasn’t added the fresh basil, and promptly corrected it.
The pizzas have been great, consistently.
I forgot to add to my previous review that the customer service is good too. During my first visit, one of the employees offered to help carry the pizzas to my truck as the large box was huge (and awkward) plus 3 more things in top of it.
Little things like that are what customers remember.

Called for a delivery for a large group and they offered to come in a bit early to make sure we got it by 11:30AM — and they were even a bit early! Pizza was great — crispy crust, not soggy, great flavors and toppings were plentiful. They will be our go-​to from now on!

Just moved to Tatnuck area of Worcester. Tried a few local Pizza places. Most are just okay. Had my second pizza here the other nite: Meat lovers 14″ for $ 10.99. Really, really good. Reason I give five stars and not four is because of friendly service and also specials — ($ 5.oo medium cheese M-​Th.)

Craving some good ol’ NY style pizza? Look no further! Ever since moving to MA, my husband and I have been on the lookout for a good pizza place (none of that Greek style nonsense) and we finally found it with this place! My husband and I always order the x-​large pizza & it’s simply delightful. Two thumbs waaaay up!

This was so good. The pizza was great and the garlic knots were so tasty! Mike and Eric were super! They even made a tuna pizza for our German exchange student. It looks like any other pizza place but it is so much better than most!

Came here on a Saturday night and the place was hopping! We ordered the meat lovers calzone and veggie pizza. They accidentally made my husband a pizza, not the calzone and made up for it by making him a calzone anyway. They didn’t charge us for the pizza so he got a calzone to take home with him too! I thought that was great customer service. Everyone there was super friendly and it appeared to be frequented by locals. Staff seemed to know the patrons and vice versa. It had a cool neighborhood feel. Prices were reasonable and service quick. The only con is there isn’t much seating inside if you want to eat there.

Really good pizza! We got a «Factory Special» and a cheese, along with an Italian sub. The sub was mediocre and not worth talking about, but the pizzas were topped with flavorful cheese, a tasty sauce, and fresh toppings. The signs outside the store do not do justice to the pizza. It’s a little hole in the wall place that is a great find! When in the area again, we will be coming back here.

I worked here for about a year no longer do left back in August. I brought some experience I had from pizzeria regina over to the shop. I take pizza pretty serious and so do these guys. If your in the area and hungry come to the worcester pizza factory. 5 dollar cheese pizza, great deal and a great pizza. But don’t look past all the other specialty pizzas they offer I can’t really go into detail about all of them I’ll get to carried away. Subs salads and pastas too extremely good. This is a small place gets pretty busy sometimes a little backed up too. But the owner mike doesn’t mess around when it comes to his shop. He goes above and beyond to take care of every customer and no shortcuts. Hungry in the area do not look past this place. Grubhubs #1 pizza for a reason

I am out of state and while visiting Worcester today, I stopped by the Pizza Factory. I wanted to get a buffalo chicken pizza, but I had some special requests. They did everything the way I wanted, they made is with regular pizza sauce and also added some fresh basil on top. It was exactly as I had explained and it was faster then I expected, considering it was busy since it is a Saturday night. Overall I was impressed with the quality and services. Will be definitely stoping by again if I have a way through Worcester.

Placed an order for cheeseburger dinner, one with fries the other one with onion rings. $ 8.49 each. It arrived half an hour later than promised time. The quality of the food was bad, it was UNEDIBLE. Ended in the trash. Order number 240 316 380. Placed August 3, 2015 at 4:30 pm.
I called the establishment to request a refund, got transferred and then they hung up. I tried calling again, no response, not even an apology.
Would give no star but, it is not possible.

We recently moved to the west side and tried this place a half dozen times. Every single time it has been a great experience. Things happen for sure… but not only is the food and prices outstanding but the delivery and customer service is epic.
The pizza has always been delicious and fresh. The subs are flavorful as well as perfectly cooked. The sides are unique and delish…
We ordered through grub hub this last time and they messed up the exact pizza we desired. We called and they told us to keep the pizza and the sent the replacement over with a free 2 litter. We were beyond impressed.

This place is very nice. I’m not normally in Worcester, so when I pulled into my first Google searched pizza place I was a bit uncomfortable with the area, and this was the second option so I turned around and came here. Very glad I did. There’s a nice, somewhat small but comfortable seating area. (Five tables and a counter with a few bar stools at the window.)
The food is very inexpensive; my calzone and soda was only $ 6. It was also really good. The workers were nice, and the menu had a lot to offer. Highly recommend this place. I have no complaints.

Love this place. We’ve had custom pizzas and off the menu pizza too. They never disappoint. Awesome selection of toppings to choose from. I always trust a place that has ricotta on their toppings menu.
An added bonus — great late night hours for the after dark eating crowd!
