I think the food is really good here, unfortunately the customer service sucks. The bald guy who works in there accused me of stealing my debit card, and often times does not prepare my food until they actually come in even if I call it in. He had me waiting for 40 minutes yesterday because he lied and told me his credit card machine was broken. However I later learned that he lied because he thought I «stole» someone’s card. I’m a Clark student. It’s not my problem he is located where he is located. I was disgusted by his horrible treatment and I won’t be going back.

Ordered online with card. Food never came. Will call in morning for refund. App read that the food was being made, then read that it was randomly delivered. Where? When? How? Where my pizza be? It’s not here.

Would not recommend. Placed an order online at 5:15p to be delivered for 7:15p. It started getting past 7:15p and I was wondering where my food was but gave them the benefit of the doubt. 7:30p I decided to look at the«track your order» feature. My order was cancelled. They ask for your phone number in the ordering process, stating that it will be used to contact you about your order. — I received no phone call from them, no email stating my order was cancelled. Terrible business practice.

They serve a pretty good pizza. The staff was helpful and friendly. We never ordered for delivery, but always picked up instead. Our food was ready when they said it would be and we never had a long wait.

Quite possibly the shittiest place in Worcester. Delivery took 2 hours to go down their block. Should have went down the block to brick oven. This place has been on the decline since i started going to school at Clark. Luckily I’m graduating and will never have to eat pizza this shitty ever again.

ordered from this place couple weeks ago took 2 hrs for 2 large pizzas, delivery to 25 federal st worcester called today to ask how long 2 pizzas explained my experience from previous time whoever answered the phone said it would take 4 hrs and hung up on me very unprofessional, very rude, before considering to or der from the establishment please consider ordering somewhere else or not giving your hard earned money to a business that does not care about the customers and to be able to get a customer service business that people will be respected consider woosta pizza profesional, really good prices earlier than promised

I ordered a pizza deliver through the phone, just because I said the name of my apartment instead of telling the specific address, I cannot believe the sales man hang up on me. Then I called them again and start with my specific address, then I said the name of my apartment again. I was very polite, and used all the sentence with could you please, thank you. YOUKNOWWHAT! THEYHANGUPONMEAGAIN. I swear I will never give a penny to this restaurant.

I have tried their food many time and I was never really impressed. I decided to give it one more try and I was completely dissapointed. I ordered chicken fingers with fries and mozzarella sticks. I waited more then an hour for the delivery. The chicken felt like rubber, the fries were tiny and soaked in oil and the mozzarella sticks were not even melted inside– completely hard. I will never order from them again.

This place is just horrible. I ordered a chicken broccoli Alfredo. They used shaved turkey lunch meat. You could have at least used Chicken Fingers. And their Delivery Service sucks. Believe me… you’ll save on a tip with those rude idiots.

They are incredibly rude and unprofessional. Do not expect much, or anything, from this business. Being a Clark Student, I was a steady and loyal customer for five years. Yet, I have never been more insulted than from my most recent experience with this seemingly shanty establishment. In the past week, I have moved houses, since my lease was up and I needed to find a summer home to sublet. After a long day moving, I called Uncle Sams for a celebration pizza. Little to my knowledge, Uncle Sams apparently has had a bad experience with the previous tenants at this address that I JUST moved into, and when I called to place an order, they hung up on me mid-sentece telling me we were black listed. They«black-listed» this entire three-floor house, even though not all of the tenants in the house were responsible, or even involved, in whatever minor dispute(it was apparently over $ 50…) had occured. My recommendation for any Clark Student or person in the Worcester area who wants to have a headache free pizza: head to Golden Pizza, Zorba’s Taverna or Blue Jeans, where they treat their customers right.

This place is the worst. Ordered delivery and was sooo disappointed. Everything I ordered was gross and to top it all off, my stomach was so disappointed it decided to throw it up. My calzone was cheese however I could barely find the cheese. I have bad cooking skills so I am not one to judge that much, but being cheap with the food is not cool as well as the all the additional charges. Come on. These are college kids…

Horrible customer service, they have not delivered and cancelled my orders several times saying they have called. They just hang up on you afterwards.

I placed an order at 2:15pm and it’s 4:10pm and my food just arrived. I ordered a simple order of mozzarella sticks, an Italian sub(with extra oil and vinegar) and a root beer. That’s almost TWOHOURS for my order to arrive. Mozzarella sticks were cold. Italian sub had no oil and vinegar. And the delivery man left my drink in his car. He said he’d go get it but I’m on the third floor of a hotel so I don’t feel like waiting 10 more minutes so he can run out to his car to get my drink. I’m an easy going person and was really nice to the employees when I called on the phone and even really nice to the delivery man who brought my crap for food. What irritated me is that no one offered to give me my food for free. I threw the sub away and was so hungry that I ate the cold mozzarella sticks. I’d like to be refunded. I paid in cash.

Food is mediocre, but cheap and in good portions. You won’t get anything fancy here, but it’ll get the job done. I had a grinder — better to just make it yourself if you can, but if you’re out and about it works. You can find better in the area, but as long as you don’t set your expectations too high, you’ll be okay here.

The pizza deal is great, even though the pizza isn’t really that great. But I did like the subs and the lasagna especially. Have certainly had worse. You will not be hungry after you are done eating there, that’s for sure.

CHEAPANDDELICIOUS. What better combination for a pizza joint? As a Clark student this place is the best around now that Flats shut down. The pizza is always cooked well and has a nice thick crunchy crust. Its an above average food for an abnormally low price. Get there before 1 and a small cheese is around 3 bucks. The calzones are amazing and pretty unique to me: try the buffalo chicken calzone and you will not be disappointed.

Went here to try out their pizza. I got one of their speciality pizzas with pastrami on it. It was pretty good, really not bad for a hole in the wall place. I will most likely go back to try out the other speciality pizzas they offer. The reason for the 3 stars is the service and when my friends and I walked by the open kitchen door the smell of pot was wafting out the door. Not that I begrudge anyone who smokes it’s just there is a place and time for that type of fun and I don’t think work is one of those places. Yeah, the counter help the paritally glazed over eye look going on and I had to repeat my order, but was friendly and got the order right. The pot smell will not deter me from going back but I’ll more than likely order and pick up instead of having them deliver, wouldn’t want them driving around getting lost in a haze.

Not as good as people make it out to be. Pastas are not bad coming from a pizza and sub shop but other than that everything else is average. Nothing special so they get 3 stars. I was on the fence of dropping to 2 stars based on service.

I attend classes at Anna Maria College as a resident student, and as such there aren’t many quality food places that will deliver to us. We’re kind of in the middle of nowhere. Luckily there’s Uncle Sam’s This place is home to one of the best cheese calzones I’ve ever had. It doesn’t look like the traditional calzone you’d expect. It’s fluffy, crispy, crunchy, the cheese is great and the dipping sauce completes it. One of my favorite dishes to order. The pizza is amazing as well, I love the crust. Pizza places are usually lack luster when it comes to french fries as well, but here they are not too greasy or battered which is a nice change of pace. They even have a convenient online ordering system if you don’t feel like talking on the phone! Definitely will continue to get food from here.

I had promised my daughter that I would take her out for something to eat after school today and she promptly told me she wanted to go for pizza. Knowing my four year old wasn’t going to eat much, I took her to Uncle Sam’s for a small pizza for the two of us. This was the first time I had been here in about five years and not much has changed. The place needed some updating then and still does. There’s five tables inside and the dining room was clean and pretty busy at two in the afternoon. The pizza itself tasted great, one of the better pizzas I’ve had the pleasure to devour in Worcester. I have had subs here too in the past and have never had a bad sandwich. Parking can be a bit tough as they’re located right on Main St on the south side of Clark University. Definitely worth the time fighting for a spot. My only regret is that this location only serves Pepsi products unlike some of their franchises.
