Love the chicken burrito. good service, like their other food they offer too.

First of all, I like taco bell. But every time I am sent to this one on Lincoln St. I am either I am waiting inside, or if I even do the drive thru. Either way I will be missing ordered Items! Today when this happened again they gave me an complementary cake. First I thought how kind they were. When I looked at the date on it. It expired tonight!!! So much for being kind. NOT!!!

Slowest drive thru ever (20 min, 4 cars in front of me, still waiting to order). Is there one person working here? It’s lunch time on a Friday and they aren’t even that busy.

So this review may seem very similar to my other review of the Park Street location, why, because they have the EXACT SAME ISSUES…
First off it seems like every time we go here they have an entirely new staff, yet somehow they make the same mistakes. Whether we drive up and just order or use the app to order, always the same thing. We order the T4 which is the Mexican Pizza combo, guess what we never get… the Mexican Pizza. 2 Cheesy Potato Burritos with NO MEAT… guess what we always get COVERED IN MEAT (ewww for me!) 2 drinks which we ALWAYS have to ask for. 2 Bean Burritos no onions, extra cheese, steamed. They’re always happy to CHARGE you for the extra cheese, but you never get it, it’s rare the DONT put the onions on and they NEVER steam them (so the cheese melts). The one thing they seem to get right is the cheese roll ups.
At this location we ordered exclusively on the app, had to wait 20 minutes and pull ahead (even though at no point did anyone else come to the drive thru) then when they FINALLY brought us the food, which was wrong, they forgot the drinks, we had to ask for them and wait another 5 minutes to get them, yes I am not kidding FIVE MINUTES. We did check the order and surprise surprise they had forgot the mexican pizza… why these Taco Bells in Worcester don’t want to give you the Mexican Pizza is completely beyond me.
Suffice to say I have given these guys 4 tries and the Park street location 5, I have since given up on trying to have Taco Bell in Worcester.
I also wrote to the head office regarding these problems. They graciously offered me A TACO (yes just one taco) to make up for the multiple mistakes that were over $ 20 each time.
If you want taco bell, go ANYWHERE but the Worcester locations!!! Trust me!
**Update June 5^th 2015, against my better judgement I went again, BIG mistake! Ordered 2 cheesy potato burritos NO MEAT, and for whatever reason they filled it with BACON. Bacon doesn’t even come on these so what the heck? Now I’m stuck at work for the day, starving because they once again messed up the order (by the way as to my previous comment about the new employees one announced to me it was her first day… shocker, she was on cash though) and no way to get food! Thanks Taco Bell! Jerks!**

I swear this is the worst taco bell on the planet. I thought they were all like this until i went to the new one in westborough and they went above and beyond to get my order correct and give me good food. The food sucks and the service sucks the staff here simply don’t care and actually would rather argue with you over a mistake they made than calmly replace it. They also never get the order right and tend to miss entire meals. I don’t understand why I subject myself to their stupidity over and over. Never again.

Unbelievable wait for tacos. So Slow. Waited 10 mins for service then 15 mins for take out. One guy working his butt off out back and everyone else just standing around. It is Called Fast Food For A Reason People!!!

Terrible service and I when I order burritos they barely put anything in the tortilla.

Not the greatest Taco Bell. Dining area and restroom were mostly clean. They got some items right (beans in place of beef, no sour cream) but they forgot the nacho cheese on my nacho cheese chalupa and gave attitude about getting some.
People shouting at each other in Spanish across the dining room to the kitchen.
Protip: if you want any taco sauce, make sure unlike every other Taco Bell that you request it *when you order*, otherwise you’re not getting any! They keep their sauces locked away for some reason…

I would seriously be concerned if I was the owner of this place. I literally cannot believe the quality of food a service I’ve gotten here NUMEROUS times. I come back here and there hoping it will be better. It’s the closest one around. I had to wait 35 minutes for two meals. And when they finally came it was missing two of the tacos and the girl had headphones on and was dancing I literally had to walk back and knock of the door after the place was closed inside. I normally don’t slam places or have high exspectations for fast food but WHOEVER OWNS THIS FIX UR STAFF! It’s always the worst!

15 – 20 minutes to get food from the drive thru… and discovered a very long hair in my food.

Food was good. Got order correct. Friendly service.

This place sucks! They have never gotten my order correct… ie: I requested no sour cream on a taco salad, and it comes slathered in it. When I complained they argued back, and remade the salad with no meat? If I could give it less than a star I would.

Stopped here the other day for the first time since they gave it a much needed remodel earlier this year. They’ve now added a KFC to this location. The store was much cleaner, well lit and plenty of seating. Staff was friendly. The wait was not long.
The food is what it is.
