The chicken is good, priced right, just can take a while to get your food.
Service is okay even though the workers are very nice.
I visit here often. To me, better than KFC which is right next door.
They also have a good selection of desserts. Pies, ice cream. Open until midnights most days.

If I had to eat something for the rest of my life it would be crown fried chicken thighs with French fries and extra seasoning. Honestly the best fried chicken I’ve ever had in my life and awesome fries as well. Chicken wings are also awesome I would recommend this place to anyone. I haven’t really tried other foods but I know the mozzarella sticks and the tostones are very good! I love this place’s fried chicken.

Worst chicken place in Worcester. Ordered twice both orders messed up. First time they forgot the sodas. The second time they forgot to include three pieces of chicken in a five piece box in the french fries to go with the chicken nuggets. Call the store and talk to them. Store argued with me over what was ordered. Both the clerk and the manager called me ma’am. Had to argue with the store clerk end manager to get situation sorted out. We will never order from them again.

So I was recommended to try this place and I have to tell you that it was bad, really bad chicken. The wings had a strange bitter after taste, the breast pieces were over cooked and were seriously thin and bony. The mashed potatoes were so unappealing in little styrofoam cups in a Luke warm flavorless gravy and they tasted like instant! Prices are right if you place the cost of the food above flavor when evaluating your food choices! The menu is an odd combination of dishes, the sides are not good and the little dinner rolls were completely flavorless and bordered on stale when they cooled!

I love the chickens here, much better than kfc, crispy skin, and tasty, good spicy rice too, i had gyros, n steak, not so bad, salads looks fresh, i love the fries, they are the best french fries around, beat all the fast foods joints around the area. I would eat the fried chicken n fries everyday of the week if I can

Called intending to place a $ 10 order since the minimum listed on the brochure was $ 10. Person who answered said minimum was $ 15. Ok, fine. Placed the order with an extra side of mozz sticks and Mac. Decided to cancel it when they said it would take 45 minutes and called back immediately, only to get voicemail and voicemail box full. This continued for 17 minutes. Person who answered eventually was rude and said we were blacklisted for canceling since the order already went through. Okay fine. We will never order from you again. You are blacklisted. Thank you.

It would have been nice if they put cheese on my philly cheese steak though.

To start with, I was expecting great things here considering how positive most of the past reviews sound. However, this was one of the worst experiences I have had with any food restaurant.
The moment we walked in and greeted the person at the front desk, he did not smile or even acknowledge us in any manner. Instead, we were met with a look of boredom and dissatisfaction.
The restaurant itself was not as clean or tidy as we would have hoped, but at this point we decided we had come this far and we were expecting better; so we tried it.
I ordered spicy boneless hot wings with fries, which ended up being an enormous portion of fries with a tiny quantity of chicken. Additionally, the fries were extremely thin, hardly room temperature and lacking salt.
The chicken sandwich my partner ordered was average. Not outstanding, but not horrible either.
Overall, the experience was a significant disappointment for us.

Fried chicken bucket prices can’t be beat. Fries are pretty good. But like most fast food joints, in 5 – 10 minutes when the chicken goes cold, it’s totally inedible. Also sometimes fried chickens smells a little like fish. Maybe just me…

5 stars for being a fried chicken place with multiple options, great standard buff wings, steak n cheese, etc. Staff always remembers me and my family of 6, remembers our orders and little things that my kids request. I love this place. They could have a few extras that would be nice… Like homemade ranch, a serious thick & fresh made burger but who cam ask for everything. Also… For the health conscious… The grilled chicken salad is EXCELLENT and it couldn’t get much better.

Late night, fried chicken craving satisfied. The prices were good. I only got chicken & that was very good. The staff was friendly as well.

CFC never disappoints me, and I’ve been going to this same one since 2008. Spicy chicken sandwich, chicken cheese steak, and Italian sub are my favorites. Workers are good people and very friendly.

The place is called Crown Fried Chicken. Stick with the chicken. I’d go back for it and pick it over KFC no problem. The Gyro, not so much. The meat had the texture of that Salisbury steak you used to get in elementary school. It does not get carved off a rotisserie spit, it comes out of the freezer in strips. I guess I’ll save my cravings for when I visit NYC. I should have known better.

Chicken is tasty. It has lots of flavor but a little too salty. Also more on the greasy side. Price is reasonable. Got a 21 piece bucket with sides and rolls for under $ 30.

We were there today for the first time at 11:00, the hubby was craving chicken. We got chicken right out of the fryer! Hot, crisp, perfectly seasoned and CHEAP! 10 pieces (3 breasts) with 3 sides and coleslaw was only $ 13.00! I highly recommend, the service was friendly… and the place was very clean…

Admittedly, I’ve never tried the fried chicken here, but the chicken kabob plate is amazing! The chicken is so tender, moist, and flavorful every time! The rice (mild) and salad are nice accompaniments to the chicken. This a nice option for the Mr. and I when we want something quick but not fast food. The prices are very reasonable and the portions are big! I’ll have to try the fried chicken next time, but it’s hard to pass up the chicken kabob. I wouldn’t say it’s in the best part of town, and sometimes you have to wait a while for your food, so it’s not always a quick in and out sort of deal. Definitely worth a visit!

Usually get lunch here. Cheap and tasty fried food! Jamaican beef patties w/​the hot sauce is mmmm good. The chicken kebab w/​rice dish, made extra spicy is also good! The fried chicken is nice and crispy, no it’s not fried to order but neither is KFC. During their peak hours (dinner) you probably will be waiting around for the chicken to cook because it goes fast!

The chicken was not fried to order, instead it was just sitting underneath a heat lamp. The food was room temp and bland. I don’t need to beat a dead horse. My verdict is this place offers sad cafeteria food. I’m going to have to mosey on down to Sweet T’s Southern Kitchen cause word on the street is that they make some proper fried chicken.

The moment you walk into CFC you are stimulated by the noxious aromas emanating from the deep fryers. This is where the magic happens people… Those deep fryers take a simple piece of food and turn it into an experience. Every bite… more satisfying then the next.
I can’t get enough of CFC. If my manger would let me I would hold meetings there. I try and pretend like I don’t care for the place by lets be serious who cannot love CFC!!!
2 Favorites:
–The chicken is so good lets just say if they took trades I would give them my car
–The Gyro I have no idea what is in that rotating meat staff but ever bite tastes like heaven
Also that Greg guy is right about the white fish it is white…
Anyways go there now becasue any time is a CFC time!
