Not much positive about this place, from the nightly local construction workers partying in the parking lot to the poor excuse of a breakfast. The rom itself was decent at first view but the bathroom was certainly in need of a make over as the shower curtain is ready to fall, the light is connected to what is possibly one of the loudest fans around and unless you jiggle the toilet just right it will just run. Not sure what the allure of this place was but every night a half dozen or so construction workers meet up in their parking lot for a night of drinking and some of the loudest conversation going, I could actually make out their conversation over the TV. The hotel really needs to police their property and perhaps try to provide a quiet environment for their guest.

I can only give this place one star. If you are only looking for a place to sleep it is fine. The breakfast is only ok too. It would be nice if they would spend a little more on plastic silverware so when you try to use it it doesn’t bend so easy. You can’t even spread cream cheese on a bagel. The customer service here is terrible! Had a bigger group staying here and was not accommodating at all. The pool was closed for maintenance which was never forwarded on during reservations. Couldn’t congregate in the lobby. Pushed to the food area which was fine but couldn’t make any amount of noise without being harassed by the front desk staff about making too much noise at 7:30 at night. I definitely will not be staying here again.

Three stars for a very comfortable king-size bed and the price per night.(We were there one night.) Two stars for the breakfast … why bother? Also two stars for the location and a rather odd entrance which faced a fence. Entrance to the driveway was difficult to find. Also looking out from our window to the neighboring«Bob’s Motel» was less than pleasant. Bob’s looked a bit sketchy so glad we chose Best Western. Doubtful we will return,

I will give this hotel three stars the location of the hotel was in a decent area it was quiet and we were not disturb by any outside noise. Only real bad thing I have to say about the hotel is that our room smelled like smoke and mildew, also the breakfast selection was horrible. The eggs were hard the sausage was from a box microwaved in the other room and brought to a heating source. The waffle mix was old, The syrup came from packages instead of a regular syrup bottle. Everything just seemed a little outdated. The pool area ceiling leaked water so while you’re swimming in the pool you hear these little drops that song light rain falling into the pool and onto the floor it’s smelled horrible. But the service was really nice but the hotel all together just needs one big update.

Having just moved to Woodstock IL, we chose to stay in a pet friendly motel. The property is clearly a newer renovation that was completed to a very nice level. The staff was more than helpful, professional and very attentive. We feel this property is the nicest in town and will recommend it highly.

Never again. I booked a King suite with a sofa bed, at this«pet friendly» hotel. My online booking was awesome. I stated 3 people and 2 little dogs. Find a nice room. Upon arrival. «oh you have a 3rd person? there’s not a sofa bed in that room». Can you put one in there? The response was that the maintenance people are gone and she doesn’t have anyone that can move furniture down from the 2nd floor. Oh, and because we had pets we *had* to stay on the 1st floor. We’re tired, so they bring a rollaway bed for my teen. Sucked. Also, there was no grass anywhere nearby at this«pet friendly» hotel. I had to walk my little dogs pretty far to find some grass. Pathetic. Don’t waste your money. One more thing: WiFi never worked from our room. Had to go to the breakfast are to catch a signal.
