Nothing special really mediocre bagels. The service was horrible, only one lady was somewhat cheerful but the one that attended me had the worst look on her face. I kept trying to get her to understand what I wanted or ask for her to explain what the options are for a simple breakfast bagel but it was like pulling teeth with her. Definitely not going back. The egg wasn’t cooked all the way, the cheese is really gross, and the bagel looks like it almost burned.

I was visiting relatives in Woodland Hills and stopped in to Manhattan Bagel in the Ralph’s shopping center. The lady behind the counter didn’t greet me. Ok, then. I asked for a blueberry muffin and she just said one word«toasted?» Then she gave me my food and asked me to sign my slip without saying anything at all. No good morning, thanks for coming, etc. I asked«Do you get your own coffee?» and she just pointed behind me to where the self serve coffee station was. The bagel and coffee were average of what you’d expect at a convenience store, nothing special. They had no water available or public restroom. The place was very small with only 3 tables available inside, right next to each other. I think next time we visit we will be going to Starbucks!

I would go to Manhattan bagel 3 to 4 times a month. I usually get the jalapeño cheddar cheese extra toasted with cream cheese. It’s very yummy and I only get it as a treat for myself. I’ve been coming here for the past 5 years and I see the same smiling faces and great people that goes above and beyond our expectations of service.

I almost went to Starbucks instead, but I wanted to try something new. My breakfast wrap was fucking delicious! I had no issues with service and the place wasn’t gross by any means. The only negative thing I have to say is that the iced coffee was not strong enough. If you are just stopping in for a coffee I would say go to Starbucks instead. However, if you want to get a delicious breakfast sandwich I say come here!

Extremely disappointed with this place! We walked in and there was no customers and the two employees that were there were just sitting around. All the coffee dispensers were empty and the employees were extremely lazy! She would not even acknowledge me asking her a question while she was putting our food together. I will definitely never come back here and the owners should reconsider the people who work for them. If it’s slow, employees should take the time to restock on everything(including coffee in which is one of the most important things in a breakfast place!) and actually greet people that come in the door.

I am from Philadelphia, we have Manhattan bagel And it’s the best convenient breakfast place around. Fresh eggs cooked right in front of you fresh hot coffee, just really good. This place on Ventura was just a joke. All the coffee was empty, workers were completely incompetent… Eggs were frozen and heated up. I wrote this review not to be mean but hopefully you hire smarter people and start actually cooking.

Been coming to this spot since I was a little kid. They have the best and freshest bagels around. Can never go wrong with a baileys. And to top it off the worker there Sarah is a OG been working there since I was a kid.

Where do I begin? They are completely unprofessional, slow and very unorganized. I came in on a Wednesday at 10:30 in the morning and they were out of everything!!! The cashier informed me that no more bagels would be available that day. That is unacceptable what kind of business operates this way? I will never go back to this place and I think you should avoid it by all means. If you’re interested in getting delicious bagels and great customer service you might as well go to Western bagel or Noah’s bagel

Odd odor upon entering the store. Two middle age women working behind the counter. The chicken croissant sandwich was fresh but had no flavor. Bagels didn’t have that bagel flavor I am used to. The iced tea was BLAND and I had some black dots on my ice. The shop was kind of old and dingy. The walls are dirty and one of the ladies started cleaning up shop way before closing. Will not be going back.

This has been my bagel stop since I went to Taft across the street! Sarah has been there ever since and she is definitely one of the reasons I keep coming back. The bagels are always fresh and fluffy and there is a large variety of different flavored cream cheeses. The coffee is okay but if you’re a coffee snob, there’s a Starbucks next door. My usual is the everything bagel, toasted, with(reduced fat) garlic and herb cream cheese. The jalapeño salsa cream cheese is also yummy.

Sarah is the best! Every morning I come in and am greeted enthusiastically. My food is always fast and hot and fresh. The new croissants are so good! And the bagels are to die for. On the weekends I get the lox sandwich and leave with a smile on my face

So, I went here this morning because I noticed it when I starbucks. I have to say this place is pretty mediocre. First, I walked in with no greeting. So I said good morning to the lady with a smile. I am not quite sure if she said anything back. She had no emotion as well. I’m sorry, but if you are going to work at a breakfast joint, you should at least have a smile and be a little chipper. You are the first person someone sees in the morning, and you are serving the most important meal of the day. *rant over* Ok, so I order my classic bagel sandwich. Before I could finish, she interrupted and said what bagel. Then quickly before I can finish asked what meat. She then proceeded to take an already cooked piece of egg, and put it in the microwave with the cheese. What? They don’t cook it fresh and made to order? So, that was a total turn off. Needless to say, I did eat it because it was $ 5. It was ok, which is the only reason why they aren’t getting 1 star. Overall, I will probably find a different place for my bagel breakfast sandwich fix.

Love this place! I’ve been coming here for over 10 years and it’s been through some ownership changes but these owners, they’re amazing! Very friendly and always offer great service! Then there’s Sarah, she is wonderful! She’s been working here as long as I remember and always gets my order right! Now the bagels, they are something out of this world good. Fresh and delicious and come in a variety of options. My go to is the everything bagel and after 10 years, I’m still not sick of it. Definitely a staple in the valley and a must try for you bagel lovers

I came here this morning and was extremely disappointed with the service and the food. First off, the lady was extremely rude and messed up my order. When I asked her nicely if she can fix my order, she hesitated and took the food. She just switched everything around and I had pieces of other food on my bagel. It was disgusting. Over priced bagels and terrible service. Not coming back again.

Just picked up a dozen bagels and brought them back to my house. Opened the bag and what they put in it were the THINNEST and stalest bagels I’ve ever seen in my life. Seriously it looks like someone took all of them, threw them on the floor and jumped on them. The same thickness as crackers. I will definitely not be coming back here ever again. Go somewhere else for real bagels

I go here every Saturday and Sunday. The bagels are the best in the valley. The ladies that work here are sooooo nice! The wait is short because they are on it. Parking is easy. Prices are great. Yummy!

Aside from the hair we just found in our bagel sandwich, the food was cold, plain and ill-prepared. I’ve had fresher sandwhiches on airplanes. True story.

Never coming back here again. Found a hair in my bagel. I went back inside to tell the lady and she didn’t even care or say sorry. She was rude and asked if I wanted a «free drink» or another bagel. I was starving and told her to make another, I was sitting outside and she literally knocked on the glass and told me to come get it. WOW. Rude staff and gross hair in your food.

The staff here is always really friendly and welcoming. Every time I’ve visited this location the service has always been above and beyond. People that work behind the counter have the power to either make you’re morning great or bad, and all the workers here always make my morning amazing. The Tostino country style is also one of best items on the menu, I’m in love with it.

Steak n’ egg bagel sandwich hits the spot. But like all bagel places charges about $ 5 for a sandwich… Customer service was nice for a bagel shop. Plus good location cause it’s right next to a Starbucks: P
