Homes 2 Inspect

I had my home inspected after being in it for almost four years and wanted to make sure that everything was in good shape and safe.
The inspector that came out from Homes2Inspect was Joel and I found that he was a very personable guy and showed true concern for the safety of the house and to keep your family safe. He’ll tell you what is critical versus what might be a good to do down the road.
Joel was punctual and didn’t rush through the house to get things done. He found things that I knew about but didn’t mention to him because I was curious about how thorough he would be plus he found several things that I had no clue about.
When finished, he had a 36-​page report full of photos and detailed descriptions of what he found and he spent additional time to go through everything until I felt comfortable with his findings and recommendations.
I highly recommend Homes2Inspect and would definitely use them again.
