If I could give this store and the staffing package less than one star, I would. It is painfully obvious that the employees lack training in customer service and have 0 sales experience. I will not bore you with all the details of my not one but two horrible experiences at this location. Good thing you will like the way you look…

This place is a joke. Stopped in here to see what they had and couldn’t even get anyone who worked here to ask if I needed help. It must’ve been because I was wearing some nike warm ups, a hoodie, and a baseball cap. Guess what peeps? After wearing a suit and tie all week I don’t want to put on another suit and tie just to go check out your store. Anyhow, after browsing around it was obvious this place isn’t for anyone under sixty. Their styles and colors are so ten years ago it’s unreal. Save yourself some time and go to Macy’s or something at least they’re up to speed on the styles and trends of the under sixty crowd.

I have been into a half dozen or so Men’s Warehouses in the Portland area and the outlet store provides the best service by far. Amanda is very knowledgeable and doesn’t try to push the most expensive jacket. She helps you make a selection that is a great fit regardless of the price. They also have some pretty amazing clearance deals with blazers as low as $ 60 sometimes. It’s a bit of a drive, but the experience here is far more pleasant than I have had in Portland with sales clerks that act like they are ace hot salespeople, but really just come off as rude and arrogant.

I’m not exactly a fancy guy. I most definitely don’t look like I belong in a suit store. That being said, the only time I felt awkward was when I first walked in, after the first employee greeted me that feeling vanished. Every employee in this store is knowledgeable and friendly and what’s more is they want to help you.
Some background. I am getting married and needed a suit for myself and my groomsmen. I had no idea where to start. The salesman helping me introduced me to the manager and they created a retail group for my wedding. This allowed my groomsmen to go to their nearest men’s warehouse and get fitted and I would be able to see the measurements so I could order all the suits. What’s more is they locked in a sales price for me so that there was no rush for my groomsmen to get their measurements in. This was also a huge money saver.
I have never in my life been as grateful for the help of a company. They made something that was causing me stress turn into something that was fun. They taught me what I needed to know about the suits and made everything easy for me and they have literally saved me hundreds. Every time I come in they find another way to make my life easier.
The manager at this store, Amy, is amazing. Without her I would still be clueless and stressed.
This store is amazing. Everyone is so awesome. If you have any questions or are not sure what you are looking for, ask someone. Give them the chance to do for you what they did for me and I’ll bet you won’t be disappointed.

I hate suits, for all kinds of reasons. But for a variety of reasons I’m not going into I need one. I could not have felt more out of place here than if I’d wandered into a lesbian bar wearing an Odd Future shirt (boomers: substitute Andrew «Dice» Clay for the culture reference).
Me and the GF had talked about what I should get and we both thought something light gray. I had an image but no vocabulary to transmit said image to other humans. Ammar took some measurements, that bit of generic information and handed me THE EXACT SUIT I WAS PICTURING IN MY HEAD. The thing with the thing and it does that thing. Like a wand and a Pensieve was employed.
I put it on, he asks me how I feel. I tell him the truth. Like a fraud.
Ammar can’t do everything. I got the suit I was thinking of and nobody cried. Win.

I walked in and was immediately greeted by Dale. I told him what I was looking for and he pulled out the perfect Michael Kors three-​piece striped suit. Sent it in for some alterations and got it today. MW has always had well trained people representing them and I will continue to go for my future suits. Go see Dale for a good suit recommendation!
