I would give them 5 stars, however I recently found out their staff have no idea what they are doing. I love their watches, I have 9 watches. I recently had all of the batteries replaced, and within a week all of the watches had stopped working. I took them to a watch repair person and the staff damaged EVERY one of the watches.
So riddle me this, if having an actual watch repair person replace the battery voids the warranty, then what is the point of incompetent staff that ruin watches?
The watch repair person was able to fix all but three watches, I will be sending the three damaged by your incompetent employees to be fixed by Fossil. Unbelievable!

I often forget how much smaller my budget is when the shopping demon takes over. This store allows me to get good quality watches at decent prices. They make it easy to bring the broken to get repaired. If I can avoid the industrial strength of the magnetic pull to the display cases, occasionally a handbag, wallet, or belt will follow me home too. When the deals are in, I do tend to stock up on little gifts to give to others.
Minus one star for being further away than I like to go.
I’ve heard it said, women are like fish… easily distracted by something shiny. To that I say «Hell Yeah!» I’m secure enough to admit I like «the shinny».

First off, I love Fossil. I love their watches, purses for my wife, bags, etc. Their prices are normally high, but you can find decent deals here typically.
That said, be aware of their specials here. I found a nice watch for $ 50 here and came back later during the Christmas sales hoping to maybe find a deal. What I found was that they had a «buy one get one 50% off» deal with the price of the watch I wanted jacked up to $ 70. For those keeping up on the numbers, I would be paying $ 105 to buy the same kind (or price) of watch 2 times. So the watch I would’ve gotten at $ 50, instead I would be forced to buy 2 and spend an extra $ 2.50 per watch. This deal, or robbery masked as a deal, really burnt me and left me without getting a nice new watch for Christmas.
And like I said, I normally love Fossil, but this has left a sour taste for the brand for me. Cheap tricks rarely = customer loyalty.
