Majic Window

My parents are a little technologically challenged so they asked me to write a review for them because my family is very pleased with our new Majic windows. It seems like some people on here have had some less than stellar experiences with sales reps. Maybe those reps are no longer with the company? Everyone we met was extremely helpful and friendly. We didn’t feel any pressure at all in the sales process. The price was right, the installation went smoothly and the new windows are awesome! Really couldn’t ask for anything more from a home improvement company.

There really needs to be a zero rating!
This is the most unprofessional group I have ever experienced. It was painful. There were two men, one with way too much cheap cologne, who stayed in my home for 1 ½ hours even after continually asking them to cut to the chase.
They used a local Christian radio station, Mort Crim and Glenn Haege, well known names in Detroit in their coercion.
Talk about unprofessional, toward the end, the presenter talked about price deals if I signed today. When I reminded him that I just wanted a price, he became very indignant and loud and screamed that I wasn’t going to buy windows and that I was wasting their time. I reminded him that Majic Windows knocked on my door and I had not contacted the company. He completely turned into an offensive, condescending brute. He battered me with personal questions which I did not answer.
There was a point that I wondered if this was just a bad nightmare or if they would get violent. I pointed to the door right after he abrasively ripped the written quote out of my hand.
This was a frightening experience.

My experience with Majic Window was great. Their salesman was helpful and wasn’t pushy at all. They installled 4 windows in my home and I couldn’t be happier. I liked that I was able to choose from a number of colors for my windows and they were flexible when it came to scheduling the instalation.

I didn’t even buy windows from Majic but my quote experience was bad enough to make me stay clear of this company. The salesman who came to see us stayed for two hours trying to get us to buy windows and wouldn’t leave! He just wouldn’t take no for an answer and was creepy and uncomfortable. He never really gave us a firm quote and just seemed to make up numbers out of nowhere, then when we would say no he would lower the price a small amount and didn’t take the hint that I was not going to buy windows from him that day. One representative had told me they could beat any other window installer’s quotes and the lowest price they would give was still twice the price of another company’s.
