I frequent this ‘Bux multiple times a week and have no complaints. The drivethru gets waaaay long but it moves fast. Drinks are consistent and the baristas a friendly.
The Flat White is a favorite of mine. I’m also digging the Gingerbread latte this winter.

It’s apparent after reading a number of reviews here that our experience at this location was quite different and very positive in comparison to most. We used the drive-​thru and although there were about a half dozen cars in front of us the line moved quickly and the server who took our order and delivered our products was extremely friendly and took the time to ensure our order was correct. We both had rewards on our phone apps so she split the order without hesitation and we received our delicious drinks free of charge. So I’m guessing that this could be an exception to the norm for most coming here, it was mid-​afternoon on the weekend and not during the morning rush so we were very happy with the service provided today.

This review is strictly for the Drive thru part of this location. I’m a pretty regular customer and I will say that the team here are great and on top of it. Lines can get a little backed up in the mornings but they move fairly quickly. The employees working are always friendly, probably hyped up on caffeine fumes! :)
In all seriousness, I love that this location is so close to home. I’m also loving that they serve cold brew coffee here. They brew a batch of daily and when it’s gone for the day, it’s gone. I haven’t yet had the experience of ordering and being told it’s sold out. On my last visit I ordered close to 6pm and they had it!
Don’t forget to use your app and earn those stars for free drinks! And, if you feel generous, there’s also an option to tip on the app after every visit.

One of their employees needs an attitude adjustment. She flipped out on me when I was trying to order a drink.
Matcha is a big thing and lots of people are ordering it now. The woman at the counter complained about ever since good day America discussed matcha everyone is bugging her.
That is not a way to talk to customers and then she argued with me about the price.

There is plenty of cozy indoor and outdoor seating in this location and since you have to walk across the parking lot to get to it if you are shopping at WPC, only the truly dedicated walk over. So it’s busy but not mobbed and yey for that. I meet with a friend here weekly and the staff are always super nice, which is what I pretty much expect from a Starbucks unless it is in a major urban area, where people are too rushed to be nice.

ABSOLUTELY in love with this location. It is 3 min from my job and has a drive through! I work 6 days a week and I’m at Starbucks drive through 4 out of those 6. I can honestly say they do an awesome job here. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The line gets super long at this one but know matter how long it gets I have never really had to wait more than 10 min for my order.

This location is suffering from a group of poorly trained new-​hires. It’s one of the loudest locations I’ve been in. The baristas SLAM every lid, drawer or utensil to make the loudest noise possible while making drinks. Louder isn’t better. Finesse and sincerity will pave a path of success. And I’m pretty sure their greeting isn’t up to sbux corporate standards.

Don’t be tricked by the great location in Winter Park. Their service is slow, it comes with attitude and indifference. The place is a mess and it needs to be cleaned.

Drinks were good but low rating on service. No one even said Hi when i came in. Stood at what i guessed was the line? Then one of the baristas said «hey» … That was the greeting. Then after he took my order he had to tell a staff member to take orders which they should have been doing to begin with. The girl making my drink was not friendly and looked extremely pissed. She was slamming things down and then i saw my drink just sitting there as she made the person’s after me. She didn’t give me mine until the order after mines was finished which made no sense. She just called the drinks and walked away. Not impressed.

This is a newer location, and you can tell when you walk in. The setup is slightly different than older locations, with big tables that can seat many lap top users. There is also a coffee bar, where you can sit and watch the barristas work their magic.
On my last visit, I noticed this location has a clover machine, so I asked the barrista about it. He was really enthusiastic, explaining how the machine works and how the quality is better since the coffee is basically flash-​brewed. Very informative! He also mentioned that they are able to do iced brews from the machine, so I am excited to try that out next time.
This location is busy, but that is to expected since they are in the heart of Winter Park Village. But the service is worth the wait here.

First time at this Starbucks & my experience was satisfying. I order my first Pumpkin Spice Latte of the season here. The store was very clean, quiet, & the barista was friendly. I received my latte in a matter of seconds. It tasted great like always.
This Starbucks has seats outside with umbrellas & of course seats inside with outlets. I would suggest this Starbucks for a nice place to work on your laptop/​device or just to read a book with a great cup of coffee.

This is my go-​to drive-​thru location on weekdays for an afternoon treat while driving around to daily meetings. No matter how long the line is, they are always fast and always happy. And unlike other Starbucks locations, if you did want to enjoy your drink inside, they have ample parking.

Blows away the old location across the street. Why? 1) Clover! 2) Drive-​thru. Granted, the drive-​thru line was very long the last time I was there but that’s still infinitely preferable to fighting for parking at its old location. The interior space is very open and well-​lit and appealing to hang out. I’m not loving the new La Boulange pastries but can’t hold that against this location. Good spot to loiter with a book or laptop and a lovely cup of Clover brew.

Just had to review the new Starbucks that I have been anxiously waiting for in Winter Park Village!
The new space is really nice and open and the flow from order to pick up is seamless. I love the outdoor space that is available (the old shop across the street only had a couple small tables). And obviously having a drive-​thru is a big upgrade! It is also a well-​planned drive thru that does not seem like it will impede traffic/​parking lot.
Staff seems prepared and experienced. Overall it was a glowing Starbucks experience and I am sure to be a regular since I work in WPV. :)

Welcome to Central Florida’s first Clover & Reserve Starbucks! This store is brand new and replaces the location which resided at Winter Park Terrace (415 N. Orlando Avenue). We look forward to spreading the love of coffee and La Boulange at our new location which features a drive-​thru!
