McDonald’s

This McDonalds is nothing out of the ordinary as far as McDonalds go. The staff weren’t too friendly, with the exception of the young lady that was singing as she handed me my food. My order was correct and warm, which are pluses in my book as some fast food joints are hit or miss with this. They have a fairly large play area for children and parents/​care givers can take advantage of the free wifi while the kiddos play.

The food quality is good. I’m just irritated that every time I come here, something goes wrong. The first time was great! The next 2 times they forgot my order. Then today they failed to put tomato on my Daily Double, which is the reason I pay the extra in the first place. Just wish they’d step up their game because they could be excellent.

I’ve been to this McDonald’s plenty of times after school. Everyone is nice and the atmosphere is great. Everything is clean and the sweet tea is perfect as always. The trays are sometimes not picked up right away but then again it gets busy and crowded. I ordered a wrap and it was perfectly done! The fries were fresh and golden to perfection. I recommend this location to anyone looking for an accurate and friendly McDonald’s.

I visited the restaurant because my little boy loves McDonalds and he really wanted a hot wheels toy like it’s advertised. We don’t typically eat McDonalds so it would be a treat for him and my husband and other son. So I ordered my mighty kids meal and the combos for my husband and son. Once I received my order not only was everything not done correctly but they had no more toys for boys. It was so upset I called and spoke to the manager named Stacy. She was very professional and apologetic asked me my name and let me know that she printed out my receipt my information and I can come in and get my meal complimentary again on the house. Needless to say I have returned today and spoke to the other manager named Harley and I received as promised and it was perfect hot and ready for my family as i always expected. This has been great service, professional staff and good food. Thank you

Didn’t let me know before placing order and pulling up to window that they couldn’t take cards. irritating

It’s a decent Mcdonalds. The service is what you expect to get at a Mcdonalds. Either you’ll get what you ordered, or your order will be completely wrong. Also this place gets pretty crowded since it’s right next to Full Sail.

Clean, friendly staff, and food was good. Got some McNuggets & Sweet Chili Sauce
Loved it. Fries were also the best in the area for MCD’s.
Atmosphere & Music were great too.

Great food and a great place to network with other students from Full Sail. The place is clean and offers a very relaxed atmosphere. Definitely different from most other McDonalds that I’ve been to. Just had a few issues with wrong orders, but nothing too major.

It’s open 24 hours a day, but it’s impossible to find any electrical outlets in the dining area so be sure to charge your computer before you come if you intend to use the free WiFi.

all i got to say… is this mcdonalds has a pool tabel and no gameroom for kids… they turned the game room into a place for people to chill on their computers and play pool… i like it that way because i dont have any kids to entertain while im there… but for the family with 3 little ones… its not the place to be. and they do have free wi-​fi,
