Cheesesteak sandwich was good. Portion size was average. Corn fritters were quite sweet but good. Service great!

Went to Cheddar Jack’s with a Groupon coupon. We were told that they are under new management and will not be honoring existing Groupons. So, 4 customers(my party) left. The logic of letting 4 new customers walk out instead of honoring the coupon of your restaurant is a peculiar management strategy. I suspect I’m not missing anything.

I got a groupon for this location so I went to try it out. Was nothing spectacular but was definitely not bad. Food was good service was good and wait time was not awful. Probably wouldn’t go out of my way to head back but thats only because its out of my way.

I went for a burger. It was ok, not bad, but ok. Meat was lacking any real spice or flavor. And the fries we nothing fancy. If you really want a burger, it is worth the visit.

Cheddar Jack’s has some of the best food you can get in the Orlando Area period. During my time at Full Sail I would often find myself eating there instead of the fast food garbage that’s around school. The service is always great and the food is always delicious and fresh. You can’t beat Cheddar Jack’s!

Up front– the reason for only four stars is the time it took for our food to arrive. We went there for lunch, I had a groupon for myself and my date, and two friends joined us. There is a great selection of sandwichy, burgery, dinery type lunch food. They even have vegetarian burgers! HUGE plus! Service was pleasant, attentive, and informative, no complaints there. The food was honestly excellent, I enjoyed it very much. We all agreed that the ingredients were fresh, well put together, filling, and satisfying. However, at one point we were the only table in the restaurant and it honestly took over a half hour to receive our food… four sandwiches. I don’t know what was going on that day but it left a weird first impression. Other than that, though, great lunch place!(Just hope you aren’t in a rush.) Oh– also, the waitress asked what side we’d like with our burgers/sandwiches, and I was unaware that there was a $ 3.50 upcharge for it. Shame on me for not asking, but it was also an unpleasant little surprise on the bill.

I went for lunch for the first time today. I have driven past this place many times never knew it was there. It’s a little house looking place. I had a cheese steak sub just to try it out. It was delicious. I notices that they are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Also while I was there I noticed a few regulars come in because the waitress greeted them by name. I’ll definatly will return this time with family in tow. It is a family owned and operated business and we should always help these folks out. Menu looks quite interesting and the prices are reasonable.

Can we just say«Yum!»? Cheddar Jack’s is a cute little house look-a-like. They serve great food, and the servers are extremely sweet. It is our new Saturday tradition!

Cheddar Jack’s is a very unassuming place right off the corner of Goldenrod and Aloma. It looks like a small house with minimal parking; I’ve passed by it dozens of times and didn’t even realize it was a restaurant. A couple of friends and I decided to stop by this past week since they were running a Groupon deal and, boy, did Cheddar Jack’s not disappoint. They have a very extensive breakfast menu which we sadly just missed(they only serve it until noon), but that’s not exactly what I went for. Two words: Garbage. Plate. Wow, my mind was blown. A portion of mac and cheese, baked beans, and home fries, all covered by a healthy helping of meat chili, topped with a hot dog or cheese burger and two pieces of garlic bread — for only $ 7! I seriously did not need to eat for the rest of the day and it was AMAZING. The rest of the menu looked pretty standard and the friends I went with said their sausage and tuna sandwiches were pretty good, but I don’t see any reason to order anything but the Garbage Plate.

I’m so glad we discovered this place! My boyfriend and I decided to check it out when they were running a Groupon deal. As we walked in, one of the servers pointed us to an open table and then brought us menus and silverware. The servers are very friendly, sweet, and good at suggestions. We ended up getting the Cheddar Jack burger and the cheesesteak. Both were pretty good! The burger could have used a little more seasoning, but I loved the crispy bacon and cheddar cheese on top! The cheesesteak was also cheesy and yummy. We have since returned a couple of times. Their omelets, by the way, are amazing!!! Chicken & waffles are just ok. I saw some pancakes being delivered to a table and they were huge. Might have to try those next! Keep up the good work folks!

We’ve always seen this place on our way to and from various places, but we saw a Groupon for it and decided it was time to finally try it out. We were so pleasantly surprised! The food was amazing and very cheap. My husband said its the best fish and chips he’s ever had. It’s a cute little place with a great atmosphere and very friendly staff. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone! We will be returning for sure.

Great food– super cheesy burgers!!! Got a groupon off this place and stopped by with a friend for lunch. Staff was ok same ol nothing out of the ordinary. Looks like a family run place– a bit too casual for me. I had the same chairs in my dining room if you know what I mean. Overall, a great place to stop for a quick meal. Very small and tight packed seating area.

This place reminds me of a tiny Steak N Shake in a really loud little room. It’s set up is kind of weird with a few tables, a register with a menu above it, though there’s table service and some oddly placed doors. The staff is friendly enough and the food is remarkably similar to the afore mentioned establishment, but it’s way cleaner, closer, and the staff doesn’t wait till you’ve mummified in your seat to serve you.

Of all of the times I’ve been here, I’ve never eaten lunch. I’m not sure why. But I can tell you that the breakfast is worthwhile. My first time here was a spur-of-the-moment decision because there was a sign outside saying that they had just started opening early for breakfast, and that the breakfast items were 50% off. They weren’t kidding, either. That bill was split right down the middle, drinks included. I paid $ 7 for two meals, with coffees. So we came back a number of times, even after the sale had ended, because the value is still good and so is the food. It’s a relatively simple menu, sure. As another reviewer mentioned, «It’s nothing I couldn’t make at home». Yeah, but I don’t want to make it at home. And besides, I’d screw it up. If I wanted an expensive breakfast menu with more complicated items, I’d have my share of places to choose from. This is uncomplicated, good food for a great price. Get your nose out of the air and come get some grub! Best thing on the breakfast menu in my opinion? Breakfast sub.

Cheddar Jack’s was a pleasant surprise for us after visiting the Aveda Institute. My wife wanted a cheese steak sandwich and after searching we thought Cheddar Jack’s was worth a try. Cheddar Jack’s is a twist on the classic Northeast US diner-had I known they were Red Sox fans I would have made a special trip out there sooner :). The cheese steaks were appropriate large and very tasty(according to my daughter and wife). I went with the five cheese burger and frankly, it was awesome. The person at the counter suggested the authentic meat sauce/chili without beans and gave me a sample. Skeptically, I took a bite and my childhood sense memory was happy to find that it was a classic Coney Island minced meat sauce that is not typically available in this area. Taste and consistency was spot on and I have already planned a return trip to have it on their Zweigle’s hot dogs(imported from Rochester. NY). Cheddar Jack’s is a very easy place to overlook, but if you go there most likely you will enjoy it enough for a return trip. It’s not meant to be an all inclusive lunch spot(I’m looking at the vegetarian that gave it a bad review). Cheddar Jack’s does the typical breakfast/lunch diner foods and at a higher quality than most. The people behind the counter were responsible adults who were interested in making sure our orders were taken efficiently and that we got what we asked for. Our food was made perfectly to order and there were no qualms about special requests. Definitely worth checking out if you are from the Northeast(and a Red Sox fan) and want an authentic take on diner food.

Take a moment and think about your love of cheese. Do you have one? Do you WANT one? Then I’d suggest you start at Cheddar Jack’s. It is a great place to go to. Going from a measly McDonald’s Burger to a colossal 5-Cheese Cheeseburger is my kind of upgrade. A nice, juicy hamburger sounds good to anyone but when you love of cheese knows no bounds, Cheddar Jack’s is the way to go. The building is nothing special, a simple lunch room, but the food is what makes it top notch. I cannot stress this enough: if you love cheese, you’ll love Cheddar Jack’s.

We went because we had a groupon I bought when I was out of town, so I was excited to try it. It was hard to discern as an eatery from the street and the parking strip is a bit unnavigable. We went in and the one daytime front end employee was quite impatient even though we encouraged her to go take care of everything else and come back. There were almost no veggie options. My dining companion’s food was bland, unattractive, and just plain unappetizing. I love dives, but I am having a difficult time seeing positives. A grilled cheese was 4 dollars. It was 2 slices of bread with a slice of American cheese on toast. It wasn’t even a good value. I give it an extra star for having red sox décor.

We went for breakfast so I can only review that. Typical average American Denny’s-like place. It’s a small place in a busy not-so-great area. The parking gets crowded super fast because it is small. They have two or three tables outside that are covered so we sat outside. Outside as we were eating, we saw people walk by us that definitely looked like they had a hard life and the cars were loud but it was small inside so I preferred outside. The waitress didnt check on us much but that would make sense because we were one of two tables outside. When we tried to pay, they lost our ticket and were very confused. The manager was super friendly though and apologized even though it wasnt her fault. Very nice lady. Food was average stuff that I could make myself. Nothing to rave about. Cheapest food on planet Earth. $ 10 for two people and we were both full? Insane. Might go back when Im hungry and dont want to cook or eat fast food. Only because its insanely cheap.

We tried Cheddar jack’s today and found it it a bit meh. The burgers were hand-formed and came well-done. Though they weren’t completely dry they didn’t really have any flavoring or seasoning added to them, and would have been really tasteless had it not been for the toppings. The french fries which were thin cut(a la steak and shake) were also a bit tasteless, and dry too. However, the stand out item was the order of corn fritters dusted with powdered sugar… wowzer. Overall, the burgers weren’t awesome, but they weren’t terrible either. I believe I would’ve preferred the ones from Five Guys. If I go again I might try the Philly cheese steak, stay away from the fries and instead order onion rings or the amazing corn fritters.
