This company states they offer free estimates on jobs, yet when I called and asked to get an estimate on a job I was told it would cost $ 200 because we do not yet own the property that was being remodeled. When I asked why they advertise free estimates but then charge for it when you call, I was told that normally it would be free but since we don’t own the property we would have to pay up front. Since the cost of the remodel determines if we purchase the property, this made no sense to me and it’s bad customer service. When I started to tell them that they shouldn’t advertise something they don’t deliver I was hung up on. Would NEVER recommend this company!
