This «business» is totally sketchy. I would give negative stars if I could. I was told that I would receive a free cleaning after spending a certain amount on my first cleaning. I called to confirm my cleaning for yesterday earlier this week and spoke to «Kelly» or «Catherine» she says she goes by both names. We spoke and she confirmed the time. She didn’t show up yesterday after I took time off work to meet her at my house, and now her number is no longer in service. I should have known something was up when one of those check cashing services called me to confirm that they could cash the check I gave her. Bizarre. I also will be reporting this to the BBB.

Wish I would have read these reviews prior to attempting service with this company. Called Monday and they had openings Wednesday but didn’t show. I called and they said they would be able to get me in the next day at 5. I rushed home from work for nothing! No show again!!! When I called today to try to get someone to see what the delay was, no answer because they are closed!!! What horrible customer service!!! Don’t even waste your time!
