Caught Up In The Moment Photo Booth Services

Said they were available to do my sweet 16. They sent us forms and then didn’t return or answer our several calls. After we got a hold of them they said they were Not available that night because someone hired them before us! What the heck? Don’t freaking send out forms of you already committed to someone else. So unprofessional. I do understand.

Caught Up was pretty quick to respond during our wedding planning, and come the day of, they really did great! We had a lot of small kids at our wedding, and as one might expect, they loved the photobooth. So much so, they crashed it! However, the staff handled it like pros and got it to reboot pretty quick after, and the scrapbook of pictures they made was a perfect keepsake! The only snag we hit is that they didn’t seek out where the enter the venue before the start time. They had an office entrance which was open for vendors, but they called complaining that they couldn’t get in the main entrance. Now, the side entrance is clearly marked, so it was a little hard to understand how they couldn’t find it, and it did eat into the time at the start of our event, but the pros far outweighed any consequence. Would definitely recommend them in the future!

On New Years Eve we booked a yacht party through Caught Up In The Moment. We were so excited to try something new! With not even 24 hours before New Years Eve, we receive an email that says that they «Overbooked the yacht». HAHAHA WHO would ever overbook in a professional event services business? Who leaves less than 24 hours to cancel an event? Not to mention, THEY NEVER REFUNDED OUR MONEY!!! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. You’ve been warned!!!

Caught Up was great, they were there on time and everyone had a blast using the many props. I loved the 4×6 picture style. But you can have the traditional strip if you’d like as well. I would highly recommend Caught Up In the Moment Photo Booth Services!

i was very pleased with La’Lioni at Caught up in the Moment. She came for my daughter’s wedding on 8÷31÷14. Her setup was really nice and looked very professional. My daughter loves her scrapbook that they provided. I would highly reccommend this photo booth company.

They were very easy to work with! Showed up on time and very professional! All my guests were happy =) Would recommend them to anyone!!!

Okay everyone listen up, if there was a lower score this «guy» that runs this would get a zero!!! This past Halloween we attended a party where he was set up and not only did he hook up with a guest and sat around with her drinking and kisses her in front of everyone but he also took pictures of himself with her in the same photo booth that was set up for the guests… this is all done while he was «working» and then here comes the worse part he hit our car and then totally lied to the police and now he refuses to take responsibility!!! I DON’T RECOMMEND HIM AT ALL, I don’t know about you but I would never want to hire someone like this providing service at my next event!!! I have the pic’s of him that he took with the other guest, in his own photo booth at my friends party (he left it behind in the album my friend purchased) NOT A PROFESSIONAL at all, the story gets worse but I won’t make this any longer then it has to be. The important thing is that he is not responsible nor is he professional so if I were you I would think twice before hiring this guy. My insurance company and the police report will prove his guilt.
