Really really terrible. They sold us a phone for $ 200 when we renewed our contract, but weeks later we keep getting REPEATED calls telling us we need to return the phone and switch to the leasing plan where we pay $ 20/​mo for 2 years. The people at SPRINT corporate told us they can’t do that, but they keep harassing us with phone calls. When we refused, they switched something on our account that changed our phones to «seasonal standby.» We have to change all of our account pins. Do NOT give this store any business.

This store is not owned by Sprint, but rather it is an independent retailer of Sprint services.
Thus, there is a difference in service and products. This store was owned by Sprint before, but was sold to an independent retailer. Google has not updated this yet; it still had the store being owned and operated by Sprint.
Thus, the people at this store are more interested in maximizing profits for the independent retailer than providing the best plan or promotion packages available by Sprint.
The jury on Sprint is still out for me, but I hope Mr. Son and the Softbank crew (owners of Sprint) will get their act together and create more uniformity of services between the directly owned and third party stores.
I was looking forward to working with Sprint, but perhaps it is better for my company to stay with AT&T or work with T-​mobile.

This is the WORST STORE in the history of retail! !!! The employees lied and FALSIFIED plans and documents charging us over 800 dollars! ! We went in November of 2013 it is now April of 2014 and Sprint and this «3rd party» store have yet to fix the flat out lies they produced! We have gone above even the district managers head and they still refuse to do anything! Do not go to this store ever go to ANY OTHER PHONE COMPANY. …ANY!!! If only there was a negative star option! !!!

Our family has had good experiences at this store and we have also taken our older parents there to activate phones. Our recent trip there was a success as our objective was quickly met. Surprisingly, my son and I were the only people in the store so the undivided attention made the service exceptionally quick and painless.
