WPS is a fantastic place with skilled and thoughtful doctors and — I love being a patient there and I have been since 2008.
I feel that I am always well informed and guided into making decisions that suit my needs to give me the best results.

I had an appt today, 7 May 2015 for a consult. They called me and asked if I could come in early. I said yes, I could come in 2 hours and 15 minutes early at 2 :00. Great they said. I also rec’d an automatic phone confirmation with my new time. When I arrived on time, I was kept waiting 20 minutes in the reception. Then, once called back to the office of Dr Morgan, his assistant attended to me and said the doctor would be in shortly. By 2:51 p.m. I still had not met Dr Morgan. Thus, I walked out. I am really tired of these professionals thinking that their time is more important than mine! That is not professional; it’s rude ! Especially when they called me and asked for me to come in earlier than the original scheduled appt.
I will never seek their medical assistance again.
