So my wife is in the back working on tatoo removal. Yeah they wouldn’t let me back there with her so I’m just chilling in the waiting area. It’s really nice out here. Clean furniture and complimentary drinks and snacks. I did go to the bathroom to. It was legit. This place is a little heavy on the wallet for sure. Check it out

I am a guest at Ideal Image for both laser hair removal as well as tattoo removal. I have had a great experience at every appointment for both services. The treatment providers are always extremely professional and do a great job making me as comfortable as possible. I’m getting great results with my tattoo removal and it’s nice to know they have the latest and greatest technology there, so I know I’m always in good hands. They were extremely informative and did a great job explaining the process of both tattoo removal and laser hair removal. I have a very busy work schedule and they have really great hours that allow me to get an appointment after work. Ideal Image is the only place I would recommend in town for laser hair removal and tattoo removal! Keep up the good work!

I go to Ideal Image for under arms and face. I would only recommend using laser if you have such dark hair that you just can’t shave enough and it is an area that you can’t wax on your own.
It worked wonderfully on my under arms. Made hair finer in 3 treatments; and gone in by 6. Facial hair is finer, but persistent peach fuzz. If I could go back in time I would choose to do my legs instead of my face.
They are very nice ladies, but handle problems like spoiled snobs. I was accidentally charged for something I did not get and their way of handling the situation was to not answer the phone when I called. When I called the home office to complain they demanded that I pay at least $ 100 of it even though they had knowledge that I did not get it. I met another customer while I was there who was complaining of pain and they handled her by having her come in when other customers aren’t there. They should be better prepared for mistakes. Mistakes happen in any business.
